Abstract

본 발명은 레이져 디스크 플레이어의 디스크 자동 크리닝장치에 관한 것으로서, 본체 내부에 디스크 크리닝장치를 설치하여 디스크를 로딩 및 언로딩 시킬때 상기 디스크의 손상없이 표면에 묻어있는 먼지나 기타 이물질을 깨끗하게 닦아 줄 수 있도록 한 것이다. 일반적인 레이져 디스크 플레이어에는 디스크 자동 크리닝 장치가 설치되어 있지 않으므로 디스크 표면에 묻어있는 먼지 및 기타 이물질을 닦아낼때는 브러쉬등을 사용하였고 이에따라 불편함이 뒤따랐음은 물론 디스크가 종종 손상되었다. 이를 해결하기 위해 본 발명은 본체를 이루는 톱케이스(1) 내부 일측에 고정된 고정브라켓(12)과, 상기 고정브라켓의 양측에 각각 고정된 지지브라켓(13)과, 상기 각 지지브리겟에 회전가능하게 설치된 크리닝롤러(14)와, 로딩 및 언로딩시 본체 내, 외부로 이동되는 트레이(7)의 이동력을 받아 상기 크리닝롤러(14)가 회전되도록한 전달수단으로 구성하여 상기 트레이(7)가 본체, 내, 외부로 이동할 때 크리닝롤러(14)가 전달수단에 의해 트레이(7)의 이동력을 전달받아 회전하면서 디스크(5)를 크리닝시켜 줄 수 있도록 한 것이다.

Claims (3)

  1. 본체를 이루는 톱케이스(1)내부 일측에 고정된 고정브라켓(12)과, 상기 고정브라켓의 양측에 각각 고정된 지지브라켓(13)과, 상기 각 지지브라켓에 회전가능하게 설치된 크리닝롤러(14)와, 로딩 및 언로딩시 본체 내, 외부로 이동되는 트레이(7)의 이동력을 받아 상기 크리닝롤러(14)가 회전되도록 하는 전달수단으로 구성하여 상기 트레이(7)가 본체 내, 외부로 이동할 때 크리닝롤러(14)가 전달수단에 의해 트레이(7)의 이동력을 전달받아 회전하면서 디스크(5)를 크리닝시켜 줄 수 있도록 함을 특징으로하는 레이저 디스크 플레이어의 디스크 자동 크리닝장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 전달수단은 트레이(7)에 형성된 가이드홈(6)중 일측 가이드홈 내에 일체 형성된 랙(15)과, 고정브라켓(12)에 고정된 지지브라켓(13)중 일측 지지브라켓에 설치되어 상기 랙(15)과 맞물린 피니언(16)과, 상기 피니언과 일체 형성되어 피니언의 회전시 함께 회전하는 구동기어(17)와, 크리닝롤러(14)의 힌지축 일측에 고정되어 피니언(16)의 회저녁을 받아 회전하면서 상기 크리닝롤러(14)를 회전시키는 종동기어(18)로 구성된 레이저 디스크 플레이어의 디스크 자동 크리닝장치.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 크리닝롤러(14)는 쿠숀이 우수한 스폰지로 형성하여서 된 레이저 디스크 플레이어의 디스크 자동 크리닝장치.
