Abstract

가시광 중에서 특정 파장 영역의 광은 반사하고(또는 투과하고)그 나머지 파장 영역의 광은 투과하도록(또는 반사하도록)설계된 이색성 필터로서, 기판(21), 스택(22), 하부정합층(23), 및 상부정합층(24)으로 구성된다. 여기서 스택(22)과 상/하부 정합층(23)(24)은 각기 번갈아 적층된 금속박막의 고굴절층과 저굴절층을 가지며, 광의 입사각 변동에 따른 색변이가 저감되도록 각 구성층의 광학적 두께가 소정의 조건으로 조정된 것이다. 그중에서 상/하부정합층은 특정 파장영역의 가시광에 대한 투과 및 반사율을 현저히 향상시킨다.

Claims (7)

  1. 기판 위에 굴절률이 상대적으로 크고 고굴절층과 저굴절층을 번갈아 적측하여 되는 스택을 구비하여 원하는 파장대의 광을 분리 또는 합성하는 이색성 필터에 있어서, 상기 고굴절층과 저굴절층의 광학적 두께를 각각 H 및 L이라 할때,
    여기서, 2.63〈a〈6.750.64〈b〈1.23n은 10 이상의 정수
    의 조건을 충족하여 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 이색성 필터.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 박막 전체의 두께가 1800nm 이내로 되고 청색광 파장 영역의 광을 분리하도록 설계된 것을 특징으로 하는 이색성 필터.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 박막 전체의 두께가 3100nm 이내로 되고 적색광 파장 영역의 광을 분리하도록 설계된 것을 특징으로 하는 이색성 필터.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 기판과 스택 사이에 적층되고 적어도 하나의 고굴절층과 저굴절층을 포함하는 하부정합층이 더 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 이색성 필터.
  5. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 스택의 최상위 구성층 위에 적층되고 적어도 하나의 고굴절층과 저굴절층을 포함하는 상부정합층이 더 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 이색성 필터.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 기판과 스택 사이에 적층되는 L·H·L의 하부정합층과, 상기 스택의 최상위층 위에 적층되는 L·H·L·H·L의 상부정합층을 더 구비하고, 총 36층 이하로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 이색성 필터.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 스택의 최상위층 위에 적층되는 L·H·L의 정합층을 더 구비하고, 총 38층 이하로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 이색성 필터.
