Abstract

본 발명은 압출기 및 표면을 구조화하는 로을러를 함유하는 3롤 폴리싱 스택(three roll polishing stack)이 장착된 압출 시스템을 사용하여 매우 정교하게 구조화된 표면을 갖는 플라스틱 판을 압출시키는 방법에 관한 것이다. 시스템은 동시 압출용으로 고안되고 플라스틱 판은 고점성 기본 성형 화합물 BF 및 BF상에 압출되는 저점도 성형 화합물 NF로부터의 동시 압출물 CX로서 2개의 압출기를 통해 제조된다. 판의 표면은 3롤 폴리싱 스택을 통해 구조화된다. 본 발명의 방법에 의해 제조된 프레넬 (Fresnel)렌즈를 태양열 수집기에 사용할 수 있다.

제2도는 3롤 폴리싱 스택(three roll polishing stack)을 세부적으로 나타낸 것이며 ; 제4a도는 통산적인 태양열 수집기 시스템을 나타낸 것이며 ; 제4b도는 본 발명에 따른 태양열 수집기를 나타낸 것이고 ; 제 5도는 본 발명의 특정 태양을 설명한 것이다.

Claims (10)

  1. 고점성 기본 성형 화합물 BF를 압출시키는 단계 ;화합물 BF상에 저점도 성형 화합물 NF를 압출시키는 단계 ;고점성 기본 성형 화합물 BF 및 저점도 성형 화합물 NF로부터 동시압출물 CX를 제조하는 단계 ; 및 동시압출물을 3롤 폴리싱 스택(three roll polishing stack)의 닙(nip)에 도입시킴으로써 동시압출물상에 목적한 구조물을 엠보싱하는 단계(3롤 플리싱 스택을 거쳐 판의 표면이 구조화된다)를 포함하여, 압출 시스템을 사용하여 매우 정교한 구조화 표면을 갖는 플라스틱 판을 제조하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 저점도 성형 화함물을 NF가 이형체 TM을 함유하는 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 목적한 구조물이 저점도 성형 화합물 NF속으로 엠보싱되는 방법
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 엠보싱 로울러의 온도가 저점도 성헝 화합을 NF의 유리전이온도보다 70'℃가 높은 방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 목적한 구조물이 프레넬(Fresnel)렌즈인 방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 목적한 구조물이 선형 프레텔 렌즈인 방법.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 기본 성형 화합물 BF가 아크릴계 수지인 방법.
  8. 고점성 기본 성형 화합물 BF를 압출시키는 단계 ; 화합물 BF상에 저점도 성형 화합물 NF를 압출시키는 단계 ;고점성 기본 성형 화합물 BF 및 저점도 성형 화합물 NF로부터 동시압출물 CX를 제조하는 단계 ; 및 동시 압출물을 3롤 폴리싱 스택의 닙에 도입시킴으로써 동시압출물상에 목적한 구조물을 엠보싱하는 단계(3롤 플리싱 스랙을 거쳐 판의 표면이 구조화된다)를 포함하는 방법에 의해 제조된 프레넬 렌즈.
  9. 고점성 기본 성형 화합물 BF를 압출시키는 단계 ; 화합물 BF상에 저점도 성형 화합물 NF를 압출시키는 단계 ;고점성 기본 성형 화합물 BF 및 저점도 성형 화합물 NF로부터 동시압출물 CX를 제조하는 단계 ; 및 동시압출물을 3롤 폴리싱 스택의 닙에 도입시킴으로써 동시압출물상에 프레넬 렌즈 구조물을 엠보싱하는 단계(3롤 플리싱 스택을 거컥 판의 표면이 구조화된다)를 포함하는 방법에 의해 제조된, 광선 수집 부재로서의 프레넬 렌즈를 갖는 태양열 수집기.
  10. 열 전달 액체를 함유하는 하나 이상의 파이프 ; 및 투명한 플라스틱으로 제조되고 광선 수집 광학부재를 포함하는 선형 프레넬 렌즈를 포함하고 이들 파이프 및 렌즈가 광선이 수집 광학 부재를 통과해 파이프 상에 촛점이 맞춰지는 방식으로 배열된 태양열 수집기.
