Abstract
본 발명은 이수축 혼섬하의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 방사속도 5,000~6,000m/min으로 고속주행하는 폴리에스테르계 사조를 가열역과 비가열역으로 각각 구분되고 비접촉식으로 열처리를 할 수 있는 가열통을 통과시키는데 있어서 저수축사는 제1식으로 나타낸 범위내의 온도 [HT]에서 일단계 열처리를 행한 후 그 다음 급유장치를 지나 제2식으로 나타낸 온도 [HT]로 가열판에서 2단계 열처리를 하여 열처리를 하지 않은 고수축사와 합사 가이드에서 합사시켜 제1권취롤라와 제2권취롤라를 지나 최종 권취하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이수축혼섬사의 제조방법을 제공하는 것이다. 본 발명의 방법에 따르면 생산성이 높아 원가면에서 유리하고 조업성이 극히 안정된 장점이 있으며 염가공시의 품질관리가 용이하며 이수축효과 또한 우수할 뿐만 아니라 공정조건의 제어로 여러가지 차별화 제품의 생산이 가능한 이점이 있다.The present invention relates to a manufacturing method under a bi-shrink horn fiber, and passes through a heating tub that can be heat treated in a non-contact zone, each of which is divided into a heating zone and a non-heating zone, respectively, at a high speed running at a spinning speed of 5,000 to 6,000 m / min.
