Abstract
본 발명은 단사섬도 1 데니어 이하이고 단사수가 70 이상인 폴리에스터 극세멀티필라멘트사를 방사속도 5,500m/분 이상의 초고속방사 공법으로 제조함에 있어서, 방사구금을 제외한 방사팩 하부와 방사구금 직하로부터 30∼100mm가 되는 위치의 방출사조 주위를 하나의 가열장치로 가열시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리에스터 극세멀티필라멘트사의 제조방법을 제공하는 것으로, 본 발명의 방법에 따르면, 사의 균제도가 양호하고 사절이 방지되어 작업성이 향상되므로 인취 로울러나 별도의 열처리 장치 등에 의한 섬유의 연신없이 방사공정만의 공정으로 폴리에스터 극세멀티필라멘트사를 초고속방사공정에 의하여 안정적으로 제조할 수 있다.In the present invention, the ultrafine multifilament yarn having a single yarn fineness of 1 denier or less and a single yarn number of 70 or more is manufactured by an ultra-fast spinning method having a spinning speed of 5,500 m / min or more, and 30 to 100 mm from the bottom of the spin pack except for spinnerets and directly below the spinnerets.
