Abstract

본 발명은 한천을 정제하는 방법에 관한 것으로서, 1~5% 농도의 한천용액에 키토산과 에탄올을 첨가하고 교반후 정치시켜 한천중에 존재하는 아가로팩틴(Agaropectin)을 침전분리시키고, 상층액에 3배랴의 에탄올을 가하여 침전시켜 여과하고 건조시켜 회분 및 황산기의 함량을 간단하게 제거함으로써 품질이 높고 고부가가치의 정제한천제품을 대량으로 제조하는 키토산을 이용한 한천의 제조방법이다.

제1도는 본 발명 키토산을 이용한 한천의 정제 공정도이다.

Claims (3)

1~5% 농도의 한천용액에 키토산과 에탄올을 첨가하고 교반후 정치시켜 한천중에 존재하는 아가로펙틴(Agaropectin)을 침전분리시키고, 상충액에 3배량의 에탄올을 가하여 침전시켜 유리여과기로 여과한 후 감압하에서 건조시켜 회분 및 황산기의 함량을 감소시키는 것을 특징으로하는 키토산을 이용한 한천의 정제방법.
제1항에 있어서, 첨가하는 키토산의 량이 한천용액에 대하여 1~10% 범위에 있음을 특징으로 하는 키토산을 이용한 한천의 정제방법.
제1항에 있어서, 에탄올은 최종 농도가 30~60%가 되도록 참가하며, 정치시 온도를 35~90℃로 하여 정제과정중 한천의 겔화를 억제시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 키토산을 이용한 한천의 정제방법.
