Abstract

(3) 본 발명의 제3의 양태에 있어서, 피복 필름은 철 산화물을 추가로 포함하며, 표면 저항률이 104 /square이상이고, 두께가 10nm이상이며, 단위면적당 총 금속 함량을 기준으로 하여, 피복 필름의 철 함량이 1.0 내지 4.5중량%이다.
