Claims (3)
- 엔진(1)으로부터 나오는 동력을 엔진(1)측 유성기어장치의 선기어(2)에 입력으로 전달되도록 하여, 엔진(1)측 유성기어장치의 캐리어(3)로 전달되는 동력에 대한 반발력과 선기어(2)를 거쳐서 전달되는 입력동력의 합으로써 링기어(4)의 전달동력이 구해지는 것에 있어서, 캐리어(3)를 구동원으로 하여 구동되는 펌프(5)와 상기 펌프(5)의 구동저항을 제어함으로써 캐리어(3)의 구동저항을 제어할 수 있도록 필요에 따라서 개폐되는 개폐밸브(15)와, 유량조절밸브(16)를 이용하여 펌프(5)에서 생성되는 배출되는 고압유체의 유압과 유량을 제어할 수 있도록 유압회로를 구성하여 이 고압의 유체를 구동원으로 하는 정수압모터(6)의 출력단을 중간 출력축(14)에 연결하고, 상기 링기어(4)의 출력단을 중간 출력축(14)에 연결하여 중간 출력축(14)에 전달되는 전체 동력이 엔진(1)측 유성기어장치의 출력단인 링기어(4)의 출력단의 동력과 정수압모터(6)의 출력단의 동력의 합으로써 구해지게 한 펌프의 구동저항을 이용하여 제어를 행하는 무단자동변속기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 중간 출력축(14)을 최종 출력축(12)측의 유성기어장치의 입력축인 링기어(10)에 연결되어 동력을 전달하며, 상기 링기어(10)의 최종 출력축(12)측의 유성기어장치의 캐리어(9)의 사이에 다판 클러치(13)를 설치하여 링기어(10)와 캐리어(9)를 연결하거나 분리시킬 수 있도록 하며, 캐리어(9)와 무단변속기의 몸체의 사이에 밴드 브레이크(11)를 설치하여 캐리어(9)를 정지시킬 수 있도록 하는 구조의 무단 변속기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 캐리어(3)와 펌프(5)의 사이, 그리고 정수압모터(6)와 중간출력축(14)의 사이에 동력전달수단(기어기구 또는 벨트기구)을 설치하여서 된 펌프의 구동저항을 이용하여 제어를 행하는 무단자동변속기.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
