Abstract

본 발명은 내마모성 및 내식성이 우수한 밸브시트용 철계 소결합금에 관한 것으로, 특히 LPG를 연료로 사용하여 운전되는 엔진의 내식성 및 내마모성이 뛰어난 내마모성 철계소결합금을 얻기 위하여, 그 원료성분으로 Fe－Cr－Mo－W－V－C계 합금분말, Fe－Cr－Mo－Ni계 합금분말, Fe－Cr－Mo－W－Co－C계 합금분말, 흑연분말, MnS분말을 사용하여 혼합한 후 압분체를 만들고, 이를 1,120－1,220℃의 온도로 진공 소결한 후, 분해 암모니아가스나 혼합가스(N2/H2) 분위기에서 1,000－1,180℃의 온도로 30－60분간 가열하고 용침시킨 다음, 염욕로 또는 진공로에서 1,000－1,200℃의 온도로 1－3시간 소입한 후, 540－600℃의 온도로 1－2시간 무산화분위기에서 소려시켜 완성하는 것이며, 상기의 제조공정에 의해 얻어진 철계소결합금의 최종 조성범위는 1.0－3.5wt%의 C, 8.0－15.0wt%의 Cr, 1.0－3.0wt%의 Co, 2.5－5.0wt%의 Mo, 0.5－3.0wt%의 Ni, 3.5－7.5wt%의 W, 0.5－3.0wt%의 V, 8.0－18.0wt%의 Cu, 0.1－1.5wt%의 MoS2, 0.2－1.0wt%의 MnS, 나머지 잔여량이 Fe로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다.

Claims (2)

1.0－3.5wt%의 C, 8.0－15.0wt%의 Cr, 1.0－3.0wt%의 Co, 2.5－5.0wt%의 Mo, 0.5－3.0wt%의 Ni, 3.5－7.5wt%의 W, 0.5－3.0wt%의 V, 8.0－18.0wt%의 Cu, 0.1－1.5wt%의 MoS2, 0.2－1.0wt%의 MnS, 나머지 잔여량이 Fe로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 내마모성 철계소결합금.
철계소결합금을 제조함에 있어서, 그 원료성분으로 Fe－Cr－Mo－W－V－C계 합금분말, Fe－Cr－Mo－Ni계 합금분말, Fe－Cr－Mo－W－Co－C계 합금분말, 흑연분말, MnS분말을 사용하여 혼합한 후 압분체를 만들고, 이를 1,120－1,220℃의 온도로 진공 소결한 후, 분해 암모니아가스나 혼합가스(N2/H2) 분위기에서 1,000－1,180℃의 온도로 30－60분간 가열하고 용침시킨 다음, 염욕로 또는 진공로에서 1,000－1,200℃의 온도로 1－3시간 소입한 후, 540－600℃의 온도로 1－2시간 무산화분위기에서 소려시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 내마모성 철계소결합금의 제조방법.
