Abstract
본 발명의 용기내에는 처리액을 수용하는 내부배럴의 외표면에 형성된 나선형 유로를 통해 냉·온 조절물질을 흐르게 하는 온도조절기가 용기본체와의 사이에 일정공간을 남겨두고 배설된다. 용기본체와 온도조절기 사이의 공간은 밀폐챔버 형태가 되도록 일정 위치를 폐쇄시킨다. 이때 내부배럴과 밀폐챔버내의 압력을 균일하게 해주는 시스템이 제공되면 더욱 바람직하다. 온도조절기는 용기본체 외형공정이 완료된 후에 본체내에 조립할 수 있기 때문에, 처리용기 제조의 능률이 향상되며 용기내부의 상태도 정기보수 작업만으로 유지될 수 있다.

Claims (10)
- 하측선단에 디스차지 노즐을 가진 용기본체, 처리액을 수용하는 내부배럴과 최소한 1개이상의 유로가 형성되어 그 유로를 통해 냉·온 조절물질 중 최소한 어느 하나 이상을 흐르게 하는 온도조절기, 상기 온도조절기와 상기 용기본체 내표면사이에 일정공간을 남겨두고 상기 온도조절기와 상기 용기본체를 고정시키는 고정부재, 상기 용기본체와 상기 온도조절기 사이의 일정 공간을 밀폐챔버 형태가 되도록 폐쇄시키는 폐쇄부재로 구성된 것을 특징으로하는 처리용기.
- 청구범위 1항에 있어서, 상기 최소한 1개 이상의 유로는 상기 내부배럴 표면을 나선형으로 선회하는 형태로 형성되고 그것을 통해 온도조절물질이 흐르게 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 처리용기.
- 청구범위 1항에 있어서, 상기 최소한 1개 이상의 유로로서 2개의 유로가 제공되어 그 유로를 통해 온도조절물질이 각기 반대방향으로 흐르게 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 처리용기.
- 청구범위 1항에 있어서, 상기 최소한 1개 이상의 온도조절물질의 유로가 다수개의 유로로 구성되어 그 유로들을 통해 상이한 종류의 온도조절물질이 흐르게 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 처리용기.
- 청구범위 1항에 있어서, 상기 최소한 1개 이상의 온도조절물질 유로는 상기 내부배럴에만 한정되고, 상기 최소한 1개 이상의 칸막이판은 상기 내부배럴의 외표면을 나선형으로 선회하면서 상기 칸막이판의 나선형 외단부 사이에는 최소한 1개 이상의 스트립의 연결된 것을 특징으로 하는 처리용기.
- 청구범위 1항에 있어서, 상기 온도조절기의 저부는 상기 용기 저부의 노즐쪽으로 갈수록 직경이 점차 줄어드는 원뿔형의 그 단면은 원호형을 취하는 것을 특징으로 하는 처리용기.
- 청구범위 1항에 있어서, 상기 온도조절기 고정부재는 열압 완충용 연장부를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 처리용기.
- 청구범위 1항에 있어서, 상기 내부배럴과 상기 밀폐챔버가 내부가 상호교류됨으로써 상기 내부배럴과 상기 밀폐챔버내 압력이 서로 거의 균등하게 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 처리용기.
- 청구범위 1항에 있어서, 균형 피스톤과 디이아프램 중 어느 하나를 가지고 있는 압력전달부재를 통해 상기 내부배럴과 상기 밀폐챔버 내부를 상호 교류시킴으로써, 상기 내부배럴과 상기 밀폐챔버내 압력을 서로 거의 균등하게 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 처리용기.
- 청구범위 1항에 있어서, 상기 내부배럴내 압력을 검출하는 제1검출기, 상기 밀폐챔버내 압력을 검출하는 제2검출기, 상기 내부배럴내 압력을 조절하는 제1압력 조절기, 상기 밀폐챔버내 압력을 조절하는 제2압력조절기 및 상기 제1,2검출기로부터의 검출신호에 따라 상기 제1,2압력조절기를 조절하는 압력표시 및 조절장치가 더 제공되어 상기 내부배럴 내 압력이 상기 밀폐챔버내 압력과 거의 균등해지는 것을 특징으로 하는 처리용기.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
