Abstract

염소계 용제를 주재로 한 세정제 조성물을 개시한다. 즉, 본 발명은 염소계용제에 친수성 세정성분과 친유성 세정성분을 적의 배합함에 있어서, 그의 배합성분 사이의 상용성을 응용하여 안정된 세정제 조성물을 얻기 위하여 메틸렌 클로라이드 20~60중량부, 염소계 화합물의 용제류 15~45중량부, 알칸류 4~8중량부, 에스테르류 2~7중량부, 케톤류 3,0~7.0 및 알코올류 1~10중량부를 배합한 세정제 조성물을 개시한다.

제3도는 실시예 1의 비수용성 절삭유를 묻힌 유리판을 사용하여 실시예 1의 조성물과 종래 세정제로서 사용되는 1, 1, 1-트리클로로에탄으 세정력을 비교한 사진.

Claims (6)

  1. 메틸렌 클로라이드 20~60중량부, 염소계 화합물의 용제류 15~45중량부, 알칸류 4~8중량부, 에스테르류 2~7중량부, 케톤류 3,0~7.0 및 알코올류 1~10중량부로 구성된 세정제 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 염소계 화합물의 용제류가 1, 1, 1-트리클로로에틸렌 또는 테트라클로로에틸렌인 것이 특징인 조성물.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 에스테르류가 메틸아세테이트 또는 에틸아세테이트인 것이 특징인 조성물.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 알코올류가 탄소수 5이하의 저급 알코올인 것이 특징인 조성물.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 소량의 계면활성제와 마스킹제를 첨가하는 것이 특징인 조성물.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 계면활성제가 폴리옥시에틸렌 옥틸페놀에테르이고 마스킹제가 리모넨트인 것이 특징인 조성물.
