본 발명은 다음 구조식(I)로 표시되는 폴리옥시알킬렌 글리콜 유도체 중에서 선택된 최소 1종 이상의 것을 기본 오일로서 함유하고, 100℃에서의 동점도가 7~30cSt인 불화탄화수소계 냉매압축기용 윤활유에 관한 것이고,
R1-O-[(PO)p(EO1)q]-(EO2)r-R2(I)
상기식에서, R1은 탄소원자수 1 내지 4의 알킬기이고, R2는 수소원자 또는 탄소원자수 1 내지 4의 알킬기이고, PO는 옥시프로필렌기이고, EO1과 EO2는 옥시에틸렌기이고, p,q 및 r은 각각 PO, EO1및 EO2의 평균 중합도이며, [(PO)p(EO1)q]는 PO와 EO1의 랜덤 코포릴머기이고, (EO2)r은 EO2의 블록 폴리머기이고, p/(p+q)는 0.70~0.95이고, r/(p+q+r)은 0.03~0.30이다.
또한, 본 발명은 불화탄화수소계 냉매압축기의 윤활방법과 불화탄화수소계 냉매압축기용 유체조성물을 포함한다.

Claims (17)

  1. 다음 구조식(I)로 표시되는 폴리옥시알킬렌 글리콜 유도체 중에서 선택된 최소 1종 이상의 것을 기본 오일로서 함유하고, 100℃에서의 동점도가 7~30cSt인 불화탄화수소계 냉매압축기용 윤활유.
    R1-O-[(PO)p(EO1)q]-(EO2)r-R2(I)
    상기식에서, R1은 탄소원자수 1 내지 4의 알킬기이고, R2는 수소원자 또는 탄소원자수 1 내지 4의 알킬기이고, PO는 옥시프로필렌기이고, EO1과 EO2는 옥시에틸렌기이고, p,q 및 r은 각각 PO, EO1및 EO2의 평균 중합도이며, [(PO)p(EO1)q]는 PO와 EO1의 랜덤 코포릴머기이고, (EO2)r은 EO2의 블록 폴리머기이고, p/(p+q)는 0.70~0.95이고, r/(p+q+r)은 0.03~0.30이다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 구조식(I)로 표시되는 폴리옥시알킬렌 글리콜 유도체 중에서 선택된 최소 1종 이상의 것을 기본 오일로서 함유한 것임을 특징으로 하는 불화탄화수소계 냉매압축기용 윤활유.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 구조식(I)로 표시되고 R2가 메틸기 또는 에틸기인 폴리옥시알킬렌 글리콜 유도체를 함유한 것임을 특징으로 하는 불화탄화수소계 냉매압축기용 윤활유.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항에 있어서, 상기 구조식(I)로 표시되는 폴리옥시알킬렌 글리콜 유도체(a)중에서 선택된 최소 1종 이상의 것과 다음 구조식(II)로 표시되는 폴리옥시알킬렌 글리콜 유도체(b)중에서 선택된 최소 1종 이상의 것을 95:5~5:95 중량비로 혼합된 혼합물을 기본 오일로서 함유한 것임을 특징으로 하는 불화탄화수소계 냉매압축기용 윤활유.
    R3-O-(PO)m-(EO)n-R4(I)
    상기식에서, R3는 탄소원자수 1 내지 4의 알킬기이고, R4는 수소원자 또는 탄소원자수 1 내지 4의 알킬기이고, PO는 옥시프로필렌기이고, EO는 옥시에틸렌기이고, m과 n은 각각 PO와 EO의 평균 중합도이고, (PO)m은 PO의 블록 폴리머기이고, (EO)n은 EO의 블록 폴리머기이고, n/(m+n)은 0.02~0.4이다.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 구조식(II)로 표시되고 R4가 수소원자인 폴리옥시알킬렌 글리콜 유도체를 함유한 것임을 특징으로 하는 불화탄화수소계 냉매압축기용 윤활유.
  6. 제4항 내지 제5항에 있어서, 상기 구조식(I)로 표시되는 폴리옥시알킬렌 글리콜 유도체(a)중에서 선택된 최소 1종 이상의 것과 다음 구조식(II)로 표시되는 폴리옥시알킬렌 글리콜 유도체(b)중에서 선택된 최소 1종 이상의 것이 90:10~50: 중량비로 혼합된 혼합물을 기본 오일로서 함유한 것임을 특징으로 하는 불화탄화수소계 냉매압축기용 윤활유.
  7. 제4항 내지 제6항에 있어서, 상기 구조식(I)로 표시되는 폴리옥시알킬렌 글리콜 유도체(a)는 100℃에서의 동점도가 10~25cSt이고 상기 구조식(II)로 표시되는 폴리옥시알킬렌 글리콜 유도체(b)는 100℃에서의 동점도가 5~20cSt임을 특징으로 하는 불화탄화수소계 냉매압축기용 윤활유.
  8. 제4항 내지 7항에 있어서, 상기 구조식(I)로 표시되고 R2가 메틸기인 폴리옥시알킬렌 글리콜 유도체를 함유한 것임을 특징으로 하는 불화탄화수소계 냉매압축기용 윤활유.
  9. 제1항 내지 8항에 있어서, 상기 구조식(I)로 표시되고 R1이 메틸기인 폴리옥시알킬렌 글리콜 유도체를 함유한 것임을 특징으로 하는 불화탄화수소계 냉매압축기용 윤활유.
  10. 제1항 내지 9항에 있어서, 상기 구조식(I)로 표시되는 폴리옥시알킬렌 글리콜 유도체의 p/(p+q)가 0.75~0.95임을 특징으로 하는 불화탄화수소계 냉매압축기용 윤활유.
  11. 제1항 내지 제10항에 있어서, 상기 윤활유는 100℃에서의 동점도가 15~30cSt이고, 에어컨 용으로 사용됨을 특징으로 하는 불화탄화수소계 냉매압축기용 윤활유.
  12. 상기 제1항 내지 제11항중의 어떤 하나의 윤활유를 불화탄화수소계 냉매압축기에 충전하고, 상기 윤활유와 불화탄화수소계 냉매를 함께 사용하여 상기 압축기를 윤활시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 불화탄화수소계 냉매압축기의 윤활방법.
  13. 제12항에 있어서, 상기 불화탄화수소계 냉매는 염소를 함유하지 않거나 또는 소량의 염소를 함유한 것임을 특징으로 하는 불화탄화수소계 냉매압축기의 윤활방법.
  14. 제13항에 있어서, 상기 불화탄화수소계 냉매는 R22,R32,R125,R134,R134a, R152a 및 이들의 혼합물 중에서 선택된 것임을 특징으로 하는 불화탄화수소계 냉매압축기의 윤활방법.
  15. 상기 제1항 내지 제11항중의 어떤 하나의 윤활유와 불화탄화수소계 냉매로 이루어진 것임을 특징으로 하는 불화탄화수소계 냉매압축기용 유체조성물.
  16. 제15항에 있어서, 상기 불화탄화수소계 냉매는 염소를 함유하지 않거나 또는 소량의 염소를 함유한 것임을 특징으로 하는 불화탄화수소계 냉매압축기용 유체조성물.
  17. 제16항에 있어서, 상기 불화탄화수소계 냉매는 R22,R32,R125,R134,R134a, R152a 및 이들의 혼합물 중에서 선택된 것임을 특징으로 하는 불화탄화수소계 냉매압축기용 유체조성물.
