Abstract

본 발명은 병 및 이의 유사물에 사용하기 위한 마개에 관한 것으로 이는 처음의 개봉과 그 후 개폐, 반복의 경우에 확실히 실행되고 하나의 단위체로써 다루기에 적당한 완성물로 조립하는 것과 조립된 마개를 병위에 설치하는 것이 용이한 구조를 가지며, 플랜지(12)를 갖는 유출몸체(10), 원형의 내부가 로대(19)를 갖는 관체(17), 절취선(33)을 통해 관체에 부착된 나사뚜객(26) 및 유출몸체를 관체에 각을 이루며 고정시키기 위한 관체의 가로대(19)와 유출몸체의 플랜지(12) 사이의 결합면(35)으로 이루어 진다.

제1도는 본 발명에 의한 마개의 부분단면 분해조립도이다.
제2도는 제1도의 마개 중 톱니모양체(36)를 확대하여 상세하게 나타낸 확대도이다.
제3도는 제1도의 마개 중 확장축(25)을 확대하여 상세하게 나타낸 확대도이다.
제4도는 병에 사용된 제1도의 마개에 대한 부분단면 조립도이다.

Claims (10)

  1. 개방된 테두리(11), 외부 나사산(15) 및 원형의 외부 플랜지(12)를 갖는 유출 몸체(10); 내부에 틈 윤곽(24)을 명확히 하는 요홈(23)과 돌기(22) 상부에 형성된 원형의 가로대(19) 및 원형의 접히는 탭(21)을 갖는 관체(17): 및 유출몸체(10)의 외부 나사산(15)과 결합된 내부 나사산(19)을 가지며 절취선을 통하여 관체에 부탁되어 있는 나사뚜껑(26)으로 이루어져 있으며, 관체(17)와 유출 몸체(10) 사이가 결합(35)되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 병 및 이들의 유사물에 사용하기 위한 마개.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 결합면(35)이 가로대(19)에서 돌출된 톱니(36)와 플랜지(12)에식 돌출된 톱터(37)로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 마개.
  3. 제2항에 있어서 상기 가로대(19)에서 돌출된 톱니(36)가 다수, 바람직하게는 40개 제공되고, 플랜지(12)에서 돌출된 톱니(37)는 서로 마주보고 반대로 위치하는 것으로 갯수가 적어도 두개인 것을 특징으로 하는 마개
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 톱니 36과 37이 평평한 꼭대기를 갖는 이등변 삼각형 모양인 것을 특징으로 하는 마개
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 유출몸체(10)의 외부 나사산(15)과 뚜껑(26)위의 내부 나사산(29)이 톱니모양의 나사산(16, 30)을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 마개.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 외부 나사산(15)과 내부 나사산(29)이 멀티-스타트 나사산이고, 내부 나사산 (29)이 외부 나사산(15)보다 많은 수의 나사산, 바람직하게는 2배의 나사산을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 마개.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 마개가 상기 뚜껑(26)과 유출몸체(10) 사이에 형성된 탄성체(31)로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 마개.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 탄성체(31)가 뚜껑(26)에서 돌출된 작은 날개들(32)이고, 뚜겅(26)과 일체로 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 마개.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 상기 관체(17) 위의 요철 윤곽(24)의 돌기(22)가 예정된 한정치 너비 치수와 예정된 길이를 갖는 확장축으로 이루어져서 병(2) 위의 요철 윤곽(9)의 홈(8)과 맞물리는 반면에, 마개(1)가 병(2) 위에 축방향으로 고정되자마자 탭(21)이 병(2)과 맞물리는 것을 특징으로 하는 마개.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 상기 마개가 상기 뚜껑(26)을 상부 덮개(38)로 덮으며, 상기 상부 덮개(38)는 원형의 오목부(41)가 형성되어 뚜껑(26)과 상부 덮개(38) 사이에 공간부가 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 마개.
