Abstract

본 발명은 진공단열패널과 그 제조장치 및 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 단위시간당 제조될 수 있는 제품의 갯수가 많고 제품의 제조공정을 간단히 하게 하여 제품제조의 생산성을 향상시킬 수 있기 위하여, 진공단열패널의 제조장치가 측벽이 탄성력을 가진 가스켓으로 이루어진 진공챔버와, 일측의 가스켓을 개재해서 하부필름공급롤로부터 하부필름을 공급받고 분말공급각이프를 통하여 분말계량기로부터 단열 특성을 가진 분말을 공급받으며 진공을 행하여서 분말 내 및 분말 사이의 수분을 제거하는 수분제거금형과, 상기 하부필름에 담겨진 분말을 압축하여 소정형상으로 성형하는 압축헤드 및 다이캐스팅금형과, 일측의 가스켓을 개재해서 상부필름공급롤로부터 상부필름을 공급받아 이 상부필름을 상기 분말이 담겨진 하부필름에 열접착하여 밀봉하는 열밀봉기로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 한다.

제2도는 본 발명의 일실시예에 의한 진공단열패널의 제조장치의 단면도,
제3도는 본 발명의 일실시예에 의한 진공단열패널의 제조방법에 대한 공정 설명도이다.

Claims (7)

  1. 진공단열패널에 있어서, 가스불투과성의 하부필름과, 열의 이동을 차단하는 분말과, 상기 분말이 담겨진 하부필름의 상측에서 하부필름과 열접착된 상부필름으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 진공단열패널.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 분말은 실리카파우더인 것을 특징으로 하는 진공단열패널.
  3. 진공단열패널의 제조장치에 있어서, 측벽이 탄성력을 가진 가스켓으로 이루어진 진공챔버와, 일측의 가스켓을 개재해서 하부필름공급롤로부터 하부필름을 공급받고 분말 공급파이프를 통하여 분말계량기로부터 단열특성을 가진 분말을 공급받으며 진공을 행하여서 분말 내 및 분말 사이의 수분을 제거하는 수분제거금형과, 상기 하부필름에 담겨진 분말을 압축하여 소정 형상으로 성형하는 압축헤드 및 다이캐스팅금형과, 일측의 가스켓을 개재해서 상부필름공급롤로부터 상부필름을 공급받아 이 상부필름을 상기 분말이 담겨진 하부필름에 열접착하여 밀봉하는 열밀봉기로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 진공단열패널의 제조장치.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 압축헤드에는 공기의 유통을 위한 미세공이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 진공단열패널의 제조장치.
  5. 진공단열패널의 제조방법에 있어서, 단열재료 특성을 가진 분말을 축적하는 분말축적스텝과, 상기 분말을 설정된 양만큼 계량하는 계량스텝과, 수분제거금형 위에 하부필름을 공급하는 하부필름공급스텝과, 상기 수분제거금형 위에 분말을 공급받아서 이 분말 내 및 분말 사이의 수분을 제거하는 수분제거스텝과 상기 하부필름에 담겨진 분말을 압축하여 소정 형상으로 성형하는 성형스텝과, 상기 분말이 담겨진 하부필름에 상부필름을 열접착하여 밀봉하는 열밀봉스텝과, 상기 열접착되어 밀봉된 진공단열패널을 적치하는 적치스텝으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 진공단열패널의 제조방법.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 열밀봉스텝에서는 열밀봉부재에 열을 가함으로써 상기 하부필름에 상부필름을 열접착하여 밀봉하는 것을 특징으로 하는 진공단열패널의 제조방법.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 열밀봉부재는 열에 녹은 고분자물질인 것을 특징으로 하는 진공단열패널의 제조방법.
