Abstract

본 발명은 식물육묘용 포트(pot)와 이의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 특히 천연 식물성 섬유상(狀) 물질을 재질로 하여 식물육묘용 포트(pot)와 이를 제작하기 위한 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 특히 10~40cm 정도 길이의 섬유 가닥을 약 0.3~2cm 정도의 두께를 가지면서 서로 얽혀서 겹치도록 한다음 식물성 접착제를 도포시켜 각각의 섬유가닥들이 접착되어 불규칙한 망눈을 가지는 포트를 성형할 수 있도록 하는 것이다.

Claims (2)

  1. 천연식물을 분쇄하여 얻은 약 10~40cm 정도 길이의 섬유가닥(2)들을 건조시키는 단계와, 통상적인 방적공정중 호퍼기와 급면기에 의해 타면기에 섬유가 공급되고, 상기 타면기에서 가닥상태의 섬유가 일정 두께를 가지도록 균일하게 펼치는 혼타면공정에 의해 섬유가닥을 매트형상으로 펼치는 단계와, 이때 타면기(5)에서 형성된 매트(1)를 제1로울러쌍(6)에 끼워넣어 통과시키는 단계와, 제1로울러쌍(6)과 제2로울러쌍(8) 사이에 설치한 접착제 분무용 스프레이건(7)으로 매트(1)에 결합제 조성물인 식물성접착제(10)를 뿌려 각각의 섬유가닥(2)들을 제2로울러쌍(8)으로 눌러 섬유들끼리 접착시키는 단계와, 각각의 섬유가닥(2)이 접착되어 불규칙한 망눈을 형성하는 매트(1)를 약 70~80℃ 정도의 온도를 가지는 포트성형기(9)에 의해 포트(11)의 형태로 성형됨과 동시에 접착제가 건조되어지는 단계로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 식물육묘용 포트(pot)의 제조방법.
  2. 야자열매를 분쇄하여 얻은 10~40cm 정도 길이의 섬유가닥에 식물성 접착제인 라텍스를 도포시켜 각각의 섬유가닥들을 접착시키므로써, 불규칙한 망눈을 구비하는 두께가 0.3~2cm 정도의 포트로 성형되어 짐을 특징으로 하는 식물육묘용 포트(pot).
