Abstract

본 발명은 안테나를 갖는 휴대용 무선 장치에 관한 것이다.
본 발명에서는 휴대용 무선 장치를 사용하는 유저의 전자기장 방사로 인한 건강 위해를 회피시키기 위해, 상기 휴대용 무선 장치가 작동중에 휴대용 무선 장치를 사용하는 유저의 머리로 지향되는 부가적 안테나 소자가 휴대용 무선 장치상에서 실질적으로 안테나의 측에 평행하게 설치되도록 제한된다.

Claims (10)

  1. 휴대용 무선 장치(1)로서, 그 휴대용 무선 장치(1)가 작동될 때, 휴대용 무선 장치를 사용하는 유저의 머리(7)로 지향되는 최소한의 부가적인 안테나 소자(3,10)가 휴대용 무선 장치(1)상에서 안테나(2)의 축에 실질적으로 평행하게 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 안테나를 갖는 휴대용 무선 장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 휴대용 무선 장치(1)를 사용하는 유저의 머리(7) 방향의 전자기장 방사를 피하도록 부가적인 안테나 소자(3,10)가 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 안테나를 갖는 휴대용 무선 장치.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 안테나(2)는 상기 유저로부터 벗어난 하우징 표면(8)상에 장착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 안테나를 갖는 휴대용 무선 장치.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 안테나 소자(3)는 막대형 구조를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 안테나를 갖는 휴대용 무선 장치.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 안테나(2)와 안테나 소자(10)는 공통 커버(9)내에 싸여 있으며, 상기 안테나 소자(10)는 상기 커버의 일부로서 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 안테나를 갖는 휴대용 무선 장치.
  6. 제1항 내지 제5항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 부가적인 안테나 소자(10)는 안테나(2)용 커버(9)의 전도성 재질부로서 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 안테나를 갖는 휴대용 무선 장치.
  7. 제1항 내지 제6항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 안테나 소자(3)는 수동 반사기로서 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 안테나를 갖는 휴대용 무선 장치.
  8. 제1항 내지 제6항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 안테나(3)는 능동 공급 안테나 소자로서 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 안테나를 갖는 휴대용 무선 장치.
  9. 휴대용 무선 장치(1)의 안테나(2)용 커버(9)로서, 휴대용 무선 장치(1)를 사용하는 유저의 머리(7) 방향으로의 전자기장 방사를 피하도록 제공된 부가적인 안테나 소자(10)를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 커버.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 상기 부가적 안테나 소자(10)는 안테나(2)용 커버(9)의 전도성 재질부로서 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 커버.
