Abstract

자기테이프를 수용하는 테이프 카트리지는 테이프를 테이프 카트리지의 주고받는릴들의 회전에 따라 설정된 테이프 경로를 따라 움직이도록 인도하기 위해 상부와 하부 플렌지로 구성된 제1, 제2 테이프 가이드부를 포함한다. 테이프는 그 상단이 제 1 테이프 가이드이 상부플렌지의 안쪽면과 접히고 그 하단은 제 2 테이프 가이드의 하부플렌지의 안쪽면과 접하도록 배열된다. 이 두 플렌지의 폭은 테이프의 폭과 동일하다. 이는 제1, 제2 테이프 가이드부를 서로 다른 높이로 카트리지의 베이스 플레이트 위에 둠으로서 실현된다. 이에 따라서 상기 카트리지내에서 테이프 동작의 오프트랙킹을 실질적으로 감소시킬 수 있다.

제 1 도는 본 발명에 따른 카세트 카트리지에 대한 제 1 실시예의 분해사시도이다.
제 9 도는 테이프 데이터 카트리지에 주로 응용되는 종래 자기카세트테이프 구조에 관한 사시도이다.

Claims (11)

  1. 회전할 수 있게 자리잡은 제1 및 제 2 릴과 그 사이에 감긴 테이프를 갖는 테이프 카트리지로서 상기 테이프가 상기 릴의 회전에 따라 설정된 테이프 경로를 움직이고, 상기 테이프를 이용하도록 한 장치의 헤드삽입을 위한 함입부를 포함하는 카세트 케이스와 상기 함입부에서 통상적으로 노출되는 상기 테이프부와, 상기 합입부의 양측에 배치되고 상기 릴의 회전중에 상기 테이프가 상기 설정된 상부 플렌지를 포함하는 상기 제 1 테이프 가이드부와 하부 플렌지를 포함하는 상기 제 2 테이프 가이드부로 이루어진 테이프 경로의 적어도 한 부분을 형성하도록 인도하는 제1 및 제 2 테이프 가이드부와, 상기 테이프의 상단부분이 그 동작도중에 상기 제 1 테이프 가이드부의 상부 플렌지의 안쪽면에 접하고 상기 테이프의 하단은 상기 제 2 테이프 가이드부의 하부 플렌지의 안쪽면에 접하도록 배열된 상기 제1 및 제 2 테이프 가이드부를 포함하고, 상기 테이프의 상부와 하부끝에 의해 접해지는 각 상부 플렌지와 하부 플렌지의 안쪽면사이의 수직거리가 실질적으로 상기 테이프의 폭길이와 같거나 작도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 테이프 카트리지.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제1 및 제 2 의 가이드부의 높이가 상호 다르게 설정되도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 테이프 카트리지.
  3. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 상부와 하부 테이프 가장자리와 접하는 각 상기 상부플레지와 상기 하부플렌지의 상기 안쪽면 사이의 수직거리가 상기 테이프 폭보다 1㎛~40㎛ 적도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 테이프 카트리지.
  4. 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 제1 및 제 2 가이드부가 상기 베이스 플레이트위에 서로 다른 깊이로 배치되도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 테이프 카트리지.
  5. 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 베이스 플레이트가 알루미늄으로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 테이프 카트리지.
  6. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 테이프가 자기 테이프인 것을 특징으로 하는 테이프 카트리지.
  7. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 함입부가 상기 자기테이프로 정보데이터를 읽거나 쓰기위한 데이터 테이프 드라이브의 자기헤드를 수용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 테이프카트리지.
  8. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제 2 테이프 가이드부가 상기 베이스 플레이트에 형성된 함입부에 위치하도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 테이프 카트리지.
  9. 제 4 항에 있어서, 제1 및 제 2 테이프 가이드부가 그 아래쪽으로 다리부가 있고 다리부가 상기 베이스 플레이트에 구멍을 내도록 눌러져서 상기 다리부에 상기 압착에 의해 상기 구멍에 고정되도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 테이프 카트리지.
  10. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제1 및 제 2 테이프 가이드부가 동일한 것을 특징으로 하는 테이프 카트리지.
  11. 제 1 항에 있어서, 각 테이프 가이드부가 상부와 하부 플렌지를 가지고 상기 테이프 가이드부의 상기 상부와 하부플렌지의 안쪽면사이의 수직거리가 상기 테이프의 폭길이 보다 약간크도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 테이프 카트리지.
