Abstract
본 발명은 기록층과 소거층을 포함하는 소거가능형 광기록 매체에 있어서, 고분자 수지와 액정 및 색소로 구성된 소거층 상,하면에 전원이 제공될 수 있는 도전층을 각각 형성시켜 전계와 레이저를 복합 사용하는 방식에 의한 기록, 재생 및 소거되는 소거가능형 광기록 매체를 제공하려는 것으로, 고분자 액정 복합체로 된 소거층 상하면을 각각 도전층으로 제어하므로 단일 레이저에 의해 기록, 재생 및 소거가 가능하여 광학기기 구성이 간단해진다.In the erasable optical recording medium including a recording layer and an erasing layer, an electric field and a laser are formed by forming a conductive layer on which an electric power can be provided on and under an erasing layer composed of a polymer resin, a liquid crystal, and a dye, respectively. In order to provide an erasable optical recording medium for recording, reproducing, and erasing by using a complex method, since the upper and lower surfaces of the erasing layer made of a polymer liquid crystal composite are controlled by conductive layers, recording, reproducing, and erasing are possible by a single laser. The optics configuration is simplified.
