Abstract
본 발명은 TFT 소자층과 블랙 매트릭스가 각각 있는 대향된 ITO(Indium Tin Oxide) 양전극층을 포함하는 두 매의 기판 사이에 액정과 광경화성수지 환합물을 주입하고 자외선으로 경화시켜 고분자 분산형 액정표시소자를 제조함에 있어서, TFT 소자층을 갖는 ITO 전극 기판의 상부에 하부면에 요철이 형성된 2개 이상의 다면을 갖는 석영 블록을 위치시키고, 각 면으로부터 자외선을 조사하여 액정고분자수지 복합체를 형성케 함을 특징으로 하는 고분자 분산형 액정표시 소자의 제조방법을 제공하는 것으로, 본 발명에 의해 제조되는 액정표시소자는 액정고분자수지 복합체의 상분리 정도가 균일하고 안정하여 판넬의 상기 사용성등의 신뢰성 향상 및 콘트라스트의 향상 효과를 얻을 수 있다.The present invention provides a polymer dispersed liquid crystal display by injecting a liquid crystal and a photocurable resin compound between two substrates including a TFT device layer and an opposing indium tin oxide (ITO) positive electrode layer having a black matrix. The present invention provides a method for manufacturing a polymer dispersed liquid crystal display device, wherein the liquid crystal display device manufactured according to the present invention has a uniform and stable phase separation of the liquid crystal polymer resin composite, thereby improving reliability and contrast of the usability of the panel. The improvement effect can be obtained.
