Abstract
본 발명은 우리나라에 매장량이 풍부한 석회석을 원료로 하는 카바이드를 자동차등의 운송기관이나 보일러등의 산업기관등에서 연료로 사용할 수 있게한 카바이드를 이용한 연료의 사용방법및 그 장치에 관한 것으로서, 카바이드는 물과 작용하여 아세틸렌가스를 발생하나 그 가스의 폭발범위가 크고 보관및 운반등에 따르는 위험성이 많아 한정된 용도로만 사용될뿐 연로등으로서는 사용되지 못하는 결점이 있었던바, 본 발명은 카바이드에서의 아세틸렌가스의 발생을 항상 일정하게 제어되게 하고 폭발력을 약화시키기 위하여, 분사노즐의 분사량을 약 1/4로 축소조정하고 카바이드에 공급되는 물을 그 발생되는 아세틸렌가스의 밀도에 의한 일정압력을 기준으로 하여, 가스의 미사용으로 인한 압력의 상승시에는 물의 공급을 차단하고, 가스의 재사용으로 인한 압력저하시는 물이 재공급되게 하는 방법으로서 카바이드의 아세틸렌가스를 안전한 연료로서 공해없이 사용할수 있게한 것이다.The present invention relates to a method of using fuel and a device using carbide which enables carbide, which is a raw material of limestone rich in Korea, to be used as fuel in a transportation engine such as an automobile, an industrial engine such as a boiler, and the like.
