Claims (1)
- 음극선관을 제조하기 위한 유리벌브(20) 내면의 소정위치에 온도측정점(22)이 구성되고, 상기 온도측정점에 일단이 연결되고 타단은 온도측정기(32)에 연결되는 열전대(24)로 구성된 음극선관 내면온도 측정장치에 있어서, 상기 유리벌브의 입구측을 긴밀히 밀폐시켜 진공상태로 유지시켜 줄 수 있도록 하는 스템(26)과, 상기 스템의 상,하부로 관통하여 열전대가 각각 연결될 수 있도록 하는 스펨핀(28), (30)으로 갖추어진 것을 특징으로 하는 음극선관의 내면온도 측정장치.
