Abstract

본 발명은 건축물의 바닥을 인조석으로 구축함에 있어 그 인조석바닥재를 일정크기로 구획하는 인조석 바닥의 줄눈부재와 그 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
본 발명의 줄눈부재를 인조석 바닥재와 같은 재질로 만들어 사용하므로서 줄눈부재가 인조석 바닥재와의 결착력에 우수상을 띠도록 함과 동시에 시공에 용이성을 부여하는데 목적을 두고 있으며, 나아가 줄눈부재자체를 다양한 색상으로 제조할 수 있도록 하므로서 건축물의 인조석 바닥을 다양한 패턴의 칼라화로 꾸밀 수 있도록 하는 데에도 발명의 목적을 두고 있는 것이다.

Claims (3)

  1. 시멘트와 쇄석올 중량비를 기준하여 4:6의 비율로 하고, 이 시멘트와 쇄석의 혼합중량비를 기준으로 한 안료 0.01-0.02%와 알콜성음료(알콜함량 약 25-12%), 0.0036%를 섞어준 다음 이를 상기 4:6비율로 혼합된 시멘트와 쇄석에 첨가하여 적당한 물로서 고르게 혼합하여서 된 유색인조석을 구획부재와 연결부재성형틀에 부어 성형하는 방법으로 인조석 바닥재를 구획하는 구획부재와 연결부재로 구성되는 줄눈부재를 제조함을 특징으로 하는 인조석 바닥의 줄눈부재 제조방법.
  2. 인조석 바닥재를 구획하는 줄눈부재에 있어서, 상기 줄눈부재는 시멘트와 쇄석이 혼합된 인조석으로서 안료가 첨가되어 유색올 띠는 유색인조석으로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 인조석바닥의 줄눈부재.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 줄눈부재는 상면부가 하면부보다 넓고 단턱이 형성되도록 구성하며, 하면부의 저부에는 요홈을 형성한 구획부재와 연결부재로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 인조석바닥의 줄눈부재.
