Abstract

본 발명은 평균 입자 직경이 500㎛미만인 규산나트륨을, 이의 경도를 증가시키는 물질과 균질 혼합한 후 콤팩팅, 분쇄 및 체질에 의해 입자 크기가 0.1 내지 5㎜인 압착된 그래뉼로 전환시킴을 특징으로 하여, SiO2/Na2O의 몰비가 1.7:1 내지 4.1:1인 밀집 구조의 입상 규산나트륨을 제조하는 방법에 관한 것이다.

Claims (2)

  1. 평균 입자 직경이 500㎛미만인 규산나트륨을, 이의 경도를 증가시키는 물질과 균질 혼합한 후 콤팩팅, 분쇄 및 체질에 의해 입자 크기가 0.1 내지 5㎜인 압착된 그래뉼로 전환시킴을 특징으로 하여, SiO2/Na2O의 몰비가 1.7 : 1 내지 4.1 : 1, 특히 2 : 1 내지 3.5 : 1인 밀집 구조의 입상 규산나트륨을 제조하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 압착된 그래뉼이 이의 경도를 증가시키는 물질로 규산나트륨에 대해 6중량% 이하의 양으로 추가로 피복되는 방법.
