Abstract

주차 브레이크보다 큰 제동력을 발하는 주브레이크가 브레이크 페달을 밟지 않도록 지속적인 자동차 전 바퀴의 제동상태를 유지토록 함으로써, 차량도난의 우려를 배제할 수 있도록 하는 차량도난 방지장치를 제공하기 위하여 제동장치를 이루는 매스터 실린더와 휠 실린더와의 사이에 위치하는 각 오일라인에 설치되어 오일의 유동을 규제토록 하는 2포트 변환밸브와; 이 2포트 변환밸브가 자동차의 주차시 휠 실린더의 오일 리턴라인을 차단할 수 있도록 주차 브레이크에 의해 접점되어 2포트 변환밸브와 전원을 전기적으로 연결하는 주차스위치와; 시동시키에 의해 시동 스위치가 접점될 대 상기 2포트 변환밸브와 전원을 전기적으로 연결하는 릴레이 스위치를 포함하도록 구성한 것.

Claims (2)

  1. 제동장치를 이루는 매스터 실린더(4)와 휠 실린더(8)와의 사이에 유지하는 오일라인(L)에 설치되어 오일의 유동을 규제토록 하는 2포트 변환밸브(18)와, 이 2포트 변환밸브(18)가 자동차의 주차시 휠 실린더(8)의 오일 리턴라인을 차단할 수 있도록 접점되어 2포트 변환밸브(18)와 전원(22)을 전기적으로 연결하는 주차 스위치(26)와, 시동키이에 의해 시동 스위치(38)가 접점될 때 상기 2포트 변환밸브(18)와 전원(22)을 전기적으로 연결하는 릴레이 스위치(36)를 포함하여 이루어지는 함을 특징으로 하는 차량도난 방지장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 주차 스위치(26)는 주차 브레이크(B)에 의해 눌려지거나 리턴되는 눌림바아(28)와, 상기 주차 브레이크(B)를 당겼을 때 눌림바아(28)와 함께 눌려지거나 리턴되어 2포트 변환밸브(18)의 리드선(20)과 전원(22)의 리드선(24)을 단락시키거나, 리턴되어 상기 2포트 변환밸브(18)의 리드선(20)과 전원(22)의 리드선(24)을 접속시키는 단속판(30)과, 상기 눌림바아(28)가 관통하도록 주차 스위치(B)의 외부를 이루는 하우징(32)으로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 차량도난 방지장치.
