Abstract

수성 아크릴레이트 중합체 유화액을 포함하는 결합제 전구체를 고화함으로써 제조한 경화된 결합제를 사용하여 함께 결합시킨 다수의 연마 입자를 포함하는 연마 제품 및 경화된 결합제를 기재내에 또는 지지체상에 결하시킨 연마 입자를 포함하는 연마 제품, 바람직한 태양에서, 결합제 전구체는 폐놀계 수지를 포함한다.

Claims (10)

  1. 수성 아크릴레이트 중합체 유화액을 포함하는 결합제 전구체를 경화시킴으로써 제조한 경화된 결합제를 사용하여 기재내 또는 지지체상에 결합시킨 다수의 연마 입자를 포함하는 연마 제품 .
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 결합제 전구체가 방사선에 의해 경화가능한 제품.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 결합제 전구체가 자외선에 의해 경화가능한 제품.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 결합제 전구체가 폐놀계 수지, 아미노프라스트 수지, 우레탄 수지, 에폭시 수지, 에틸렌형 불포화 수지, 아크릴화 이소시아누레이트 수지, 우레아-포름알데히드 수지, 아크릴화 우레탄 수지, 아크릴화 에폭시 수지 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군중에서 선택된 열경화성 수지를 또한 포함하는 제품.
  5. 수성 아크릴레이트 중합체 유화액을 포함하는 결합제 전구체를 경화시킴으로써 제조한 경화된 결합제를 사용하여 함께 결합시킨 다수의 연마 입자를 포함하는 연마 제품.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 결합제 전구체가 자외선에 의해 경화가능한 제품.
  7. 수성 아크릴레이트 중합체 유화액을 포함하는 결합제 전구체를 제공하는 단계, 상기 결합제 전구체를 기재에 적용하는 단계, 상기 결합제 전구체를 적어도 부분적으로 경화시키는 단계를 포함하는 연마 제품의 제조 방법.
  8. 수성 아크릴레이트 중합체 유화액을 포함하는 결합제 전구체를 제공하는 단계, 상기 결합제 전구체중에 다수의 연마 입자를 분산시켜 슬러리를 제조하는 단계, 및 상기 결합제 전구체를 적어도 부분적으로 경화시키는 단계를 포함하는 연마 제품의 제조 방법.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 상기 슬러리를 기재에 적용한 후에 경화시키는 단계를 또한 포함하는 방법.
  10. 제8항에 있어서, 상기 슬러리를 경화시키는 동안 슬러리를 성형하여 목적하는 형상으로 제조하는 단계를 또한 포함하는 방법.
