Abstract
본 발명은 자기헤드 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 자기갭부위의 포화로 인해 기록효율이 떨어지는 것을 극소화 시킬 수 있는 자기헤드를 제공한다. 본 발명은, 일측 코어반체에 형성된 자기갭 및 코일권선홈의 내면과, 이와 대응되는 타측 코어반체의 접착면에, 이들의 접착시 내부 폐자로를 구성하여 자기갭 부위의 포화를 완화시키는 고포화자속밀도를 가지는 금속막이 각각 형성된 자기헤드 및 이러한 자기헤드를 제조하기에 적합한 제조방법을 제공함에 그 특징이 있다. 따라서 자기갭 부위에서의 포화를 완화시킬 수 있어 기록효율이 향상되게 된다.The present invention relates to a magnetic head and a manufacturing method thereof, and provides a magnetic head capable of minimizing a decrease in recording efficiency due to saturation of a magnetic gap portion. According to the present invention, a high saturation is formed on the inner surfaces of the magnetic gaps and coil winding grooves formed on one core half and on the bonding surfaces of the other core half corresponding thereto to form an internal waste path at the time of their adhesion to reduce saturation of the magnetic gap portion. It is characterized by providing a magnetic head each having a metal film having a magnetic flux density and a manufacturing method suitable for manufacturing such a magnetic head. Therefore, saturation at the magnetic gap region can be alleviated and the recording efficiency is improved.
