본 발명은 헤드 코일 권선부에 자성막이 트랙폭보다 더 두껍게하여 기록, 재생의 효율을 증대시키는 자기 헤드의 구조 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 비자성기판에 트랙폭만큼의 자성막 및 절연막이 교대로 성막된 적층자성막이 형성된 것에 있어서, 헤드코일 권선부의 비자성 기판에 홈이 형성되고 이 홈에 자성막이 형성되어 자성막을 비롯한 적층 자성막의 전체 두께가 트랙폭보다 더 두꺼운 구조로 되어지고, 이에 따른 제조에 있어서는, 비자성 기판에 홈기공하고, 이 홈에 자성막을 성막하고 랩핑한후 다시 자성막/절연막을 교대로 성막한후 글라스 성막하고, 이런 공정을 거친 기판을 여러개 적층하여 본딩한후 C-bar에는 권선홈을, I-bar에는 보강홈을 형성하고, 보강홈에 글라스 몰딩하고 갭물질을 성막한후, 상기한 C-bar와 I-bar를 접합하는 공정으로 이루어진 기술에 관한 것이다.The present invention relates to a structure of a magnetic head in which a magnetic film is thicker than a track width in a head coil winding to increase recording and reproducing efficiency, and a method of manufacturing the same.
