Abstract

본 발명은 활성성분으로서 아시비신, 이의 유도체 또는 염 또는 이들의 혼합물을 포함하여 이루어지는 제초제 조성물을 제공한다.
또한, 본 발명은 아시비신, 이의 유도체 또는 염 또는 이들의 혼합물을 제거하고자 하는 식물에 제초적 유효량으로 적용하는 단계를 포함하여 이루어지는 제거하고자 하는 식물의 방제방법을 제공한다.

Claims (21)

  1. 다음 일반식을 갖는 화합물 :
    (단, 상기 식에서, Y는 수소, 아미노, 암모늄클로라이드, 또는 모노-, 디-, 또는 트리-알킬암모늄 및 농경학적으로 허용되는 음이온, 또는 1종 이상의 아미노산중 임의로 보호된 펩티드이고; X는 할로기이며; 그리고 Z는 수소, 나트륨, 또는 이소프로필 암모늄이다.)
  2. 제 1항에 있어서, 상기한 Y가 아미노, X가 브로모 그리고 Z가 수소인 것을 특징으로 하는 화합물.
  3. 제 1항에 있어서, 상기한 Y가 암모늄클로라이드 또는 아미노인 것을 특징으로 하는 화합물.
  4. 제 1항에 있어서, 상기한 Z가 이소프로필 암모늄 또는 나트륨인 것을 특징으로 하는 화합물.
  5. 제 1항에 있어서, 상기한 X가 클로로 또는 브로모인 것을 특징으로 하는 화합물.
  6. 제 1항의 화합물 및 이의 농업적으로 허용되는 담체를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 제초제 조성물.
  7. 제 2항에 화합물 및 이의 농업적으로 허용되는 담체를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 제초제 조성물.
  8. 제 3항의 화합물 및 이의 농업적으로 허용되는 담체를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 제초제 조성물.
  9. 제 4항의 화합물 및 이의 농업적으로 허용되는 담체를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  10. 제 5항의 화합물 및 이의 농업적으로 허용되는 담체를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  11. 아시비신, 이의 유도체 또는 염, 또는 이들의 혼합물을 제거하고자 하는 식물에 적용하는 단계를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 제거하고자 하는 식물의 방제방법.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 상기한 제초제 조성물이 다음 일반식의 화합물 및 농경학적으로 허용되는 담체를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 방제방법 :
    [단, 상기 식에서, Y는 수소, 아미노, 암모늄 또는 모노-, 디-, 또는 트리알킬암모늄 및 농경학적으로 허용되는 음이온, 또는 1종 이상의 아미노산중 임의로 보호된 펩티드이고; X는 할로 또는 시아노기 또는 일반식 OSO2R1이 술포네이트기(여기서 R1은 C1~C4의 알킬기 또는 치환 가능한 페닐 링이다)이며; Z는 수소, 카르복실 보호기 또는 농경학적으로 허용되는 양이온 이고; 그리고 R은 메틸 또는 수소이다]
  13. 제12항에 있어서, 상기한 R이 수소인 것을 특징으로 하는 방제방법.
  14. 제12항에 있어서, 상기한 R이 메틸인 것을 특징으로 하는 방제방법.
  15. 제12항에 있어서, 상기한 Y가 아미노, X가 브로모, Z가 수소이고, R이 메틸 또는 수소인 것을 특징으로 하는 방제방법.
  16. 제12항에 있어서, 상기한 R가 아미노기, 수소, 암모늄 또는 모노-, 디-, 또는 트리알킬암모늄 그리고 농경학적으로 허용되는 음이온인 것을 특징으로 하는 방제방법.
  17. 제12항에 있어서, 상기한 Z가 수소, 나트륨 또는 이소프로필암모늄인것을 특징으로 하는 방제방법.
  18. 제12항에 있어서, 상기한 X가 할로 또는 시아노기인 것을 특징으로 하는 방제방법.
  19. 제12항에 있어서, 상기한 Y가 글리실, 알라닐, 글리실글리실, 알라닐알라닐, 알라닐글리실, 글리실알라닐중에서 선택된, 임의의 보호된 아미노산 잔기인 것을 특징으로 하는 방제방법.
  20. 제12항에 있어서, 상기한 제초제 조성물이 아시비신을 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 방제방법.
  21. 제12항에 있어서, 상기한 X가 시아노 또는 할로기인 것을 특징으로 하는 방제방법.
