Abstract

본 발명은 아크릴로니트릴 10~50중량부, 탄소수가 5개 이하인 저급 알킬기를 가진 알킬아크릴레이트 40~80중량부, 메타아크릴산 1~10중량부의 단량체로 구성된 수분산형 아크릴 공중합체 60~90중량부, 1분자내에 2개 이상의 에폭시기를 갖는 에폭시 화합물 5~20중량부, 멜라민포름알데히드수지 2~15중량부, 제3급아민 0.01~2.0중량부%로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 플렉시블 인쇄회로기판용 접착제 조성물에 관한 것이다.

Claims (2)

  1. 수분산형 아크릴 공중합체 60~90중량부, 1분자내에 2개 이상의 에폭시기를 갖는 에폭시화합물 5~20 중량부, 멜라민포름알데히드 수지 2~15 중량부, 제3급 아민 0.01~2.0중량부로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 플렉시블 인쇄 회로기판용 접착제 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 수분산형 아크릴 공중합체는 아크릴로니트릴 10~50중량부, 탄소수가 5개 이하인 저급알킬기를 가진 알킬아크릴레이트 40~80중량부, 메티아크릴산 1~10중량부의 단량체로 구성된 것임을 특징으로 하는 플렉시블 인쇄회로기판용 접착제 조성물.
