Abstract

본 발명은 자외선 차단효과가 높고 피부 안정성이 우수한 복합안료의 제조방법 및 이를 함유하는 화장료에 관한 것으로, 구체적으로는 입자직경이 0.02~0.04mm인 미립자 산화아연, 0.02~0.06mm인 미립자 이산화티탄을 단독 또는 혼용물에 천연추출물(β-카로틴, γ-오리자놀, 녹차추출물, 루이코안토시아닌, 황백추출물, 괴화추출물)을 1종이상 선택적으로 피복 처리한 후 오일로 코팅하여 복합 안료를 제조하고, 이 방법에 의해 제조된 복합안료를 함유하는 화장료에 관한 것이다.

Claims (9)

  1. 알칼리 조건하에서 전처리한 평균 입자직경이 0.02~0.04mm인 미립자 산화아연과 평균입자 직경이 0.02~0.06nm인 미립자이산화티탄을 단독 또는 혼용한 것을 천연식물 추출물로서 자외선 흡수능력이 있는 물질로 1종 또는 2종 이상 혼용하여피복처리하고, 여기에 오일로 코팅하는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합안료의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 천연식물 추출물로서 베타-카로틴, 감마-오리자놀, 녹차추출물, 루이코안토시아닌, 황백추출물, 괴화추출물을 사용한 것을 특징으로 하는 복합안료의 제조방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 오일은 내수성, 지속성을 향상시키면서 자외선 차단능력이 있는 아세틸화 리퀴드 라놀린 등의 라놀린계를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합안료의 제조방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 미립자산화아연에 미립자이산화티탄 및 천연식물추출물을 피복 처리시키기 전단계에서 미립자 산화아연을 수산화 나트륨, 수산화 칼륨 등을 가하여 pH를 11~14로 조절한 알칼리 조건하에서 분산액상태로 전처리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합안료의 제조방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 미립자 이산화티탄에 천연식물추출물을 피복처리 하기 위한 효과를 높이를 위해 pH 9~10의 알칼리 조건에서 시행하고, 이산화티탄의 표면적을 넓히기 위해 팔미틴산, 스테아린산, 아미노산나트륨, 트리에탄올아민 등의 비이온계면활성제를 사용한 것을 특징으로 하는 복합안료의 제조방법.
  6. 제1항 및 제6항에 있어서, 미립자이산화티탄, 미립자산화아연을 전처리한 후 천연 식물추출물의 효율적인 반응성을 높이기 위해 염화알루미늄(AlCl3), 황산알루미늄(Al2(SO4)3등의 다가금속염으로 처리한 후 천연식물추출물을 피복처리 하는것을 특징으로 하는 복합안료의 제조방법.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 필요에 따라 탈크, 폴리메틸메타크릴레이트, 나이론, 카올린 등의 체질안료를 전체 100중량%중에 0.0~50중량% 배합시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합안료의 제조방법.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 미립자 산화아연과 미립자 이산화티탄, 천연식물 추출물, 체질 안료 그리고 오일의 조성비가 각각30~50; 20~35; 2~10인 것을 특징으로 하는 복합안료의 제조방법.
  9. 제1항에 제조된 복합안료를 1.0~50중량% 함유함을 특징으로 하는 화장료.
