Abstract
본 발명은 3층 시트 조성물에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 하이임팩트 폴리스티렌 수지와 올레핀계 수지 사이에 가능화된 스티렌계 수지를 접착층으로 사용하므로써 접착강도가 우수하고 프레온에 내크랙성을 갖는 새로운 3층 시트 조성물에 관한 것이다.

Claims (5)
- 반응공압출 3층 시트 조성물에 있어서, 하이임팩트 폴리스티렌 수지, 접착층으로서 기능화된 스티렌계 수지 및 올레핀계 수지로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 3층 시트 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 하이임팩트 폴리스티렌 수지는 고무-스티렌, 비닐시안화 단량체, 부타디엔 및 방향족 비닐 단량체가 그라프트된 공중합체인 것임을 특징으로 하는 3층 시트 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 기능화된 스틸렌계 수지는 2-이소프로페닐 옥사졸린과 스티렌의 공중합체 또는 글리시딜 메타크릴레이트와 스티렌의 공중합체인 것임을 특징으로 하는 3층 시트 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 올레핀계 수지는 활성화 수소를 가진 것으로서의 아민, 카르복실산, 하이드록실, 머캡탄 또는 산무수물을 가진 에틸렌과 아크린산의 공중합체인 것임을 특징으로 하는 3층 시트 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 상기 기능화된 스티렌계 수지중에 2-이소프로페닐 옥사졸린 또는 글리시딜 메타크릴레이트가 0.1~10 중량부 함유되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 3층 시트 조성물.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
