Abstract

1. 청구범위에 기재된 발명이 속한 기술분야
본 발명은 아이스커피등의 음료에 공급하는 쇄빙(칩아이스)공급을 행함과 동시에 얼음품절상태를 검출하는 얼음공급장치에 관한 것이다.
2. 발명이 해결하려고 하는 기술적 과제
본 발명은 저빙고내의 얼음품절상태를 정확히 검출할 수가 있는 얼음공급장치를 제공하는 것을 목적으로 하는 것이다.
3. 발명의 해결방법의 요지
본 발명은 저빙부(32)의 얼음배출구(35)를 개방시켜서 얼음을 공급하는 얼음문(36)과 얼음의 공급경로에 설치되고 공급된 얼음의 통과를 검출하는 센서(38)과 센서(38)의 검출신호에 기초해서 얼음의 공급량이 소정량이 되도록 얼음문(36)의 개방동작시간을 제어함과 동시에 얼음문(36)의 개방동작시간이 미리 설정한 시간이상이 된때에 얼음품절신호를 출력시키는 제어부(40)를 구비해서 구성한 것이다.
4. 발명의 중요한 용도
본 발명의 자동판매기나 조제기 등의 얼음공급장치에 의하면 저빙고내의 얼음품절상태를 정확히 검출할 수가 있고 이 때문에 상품의 판매에 지장을 초래하지 않도록 상품의 판매를 정지시킬 수가 있다.

Claims (2)

  1. 저빙부(32)의 얼음배출구(35)를 개방해서 얼음을 공급하는 얼음문(36)과, 얼음의 공급경로에 설치되고 공급된 얼음의 통과를 검출하는 센서(38)과, 그 센서(38)의 검출신호에 기초해서 상기한 얼음의 공급량이 소정량이 되도록 상기한 얼음문(36)의 개방동작시간을 제어함과 동시에 그 얼음문(36)의 개방동작시간이 미리 설정한 시간이상이 된때에 얼음품절신호를 출력시키는 제어부(40)을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 얼음공급장치.
  2. 저빙부(32)의 얼음배출구(35)를 개방해서 얼음을 공급하는 얼음문(36)과, 얼음의 공급경로에 설치되고 공급된 얼음의 통과를 검출하는 센서(38)와, 상기한 얼음의 공급량에 대응시켜서 상기한 얼음문(36)을 일정시간 개방시키도록 제어함과 동시에 상기한 센서(38)가 검출한 검출신호에 기초한 얼음의 공급량이 미리 설정한 량이하가 된때에 얼음품절신호를 출력시키는 제어부(40)를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 얼음공급장치.
