Abstract
본 발명은 퍼스털 컴퓨터에 있어서 모니터에 입력되는 R, G, B 신호 및 수평, 수직 동기신호를 키보드 출력을 이용 제어함으로써 사용자가 장시간 퍼스널 컴퓨터를 사용하지 않을시 모니터의 X-ray를 자동 오프시켜 비사용시 모니터의 소모전력을 감소시키고자함을 목적으로 한 모니터 입력신호 제어장치에 관한 것으로, 이러한 본 발명의 목적은 사용자의 기능입력에 따른 신호를 출력하는 키보드 콘트롤러와, 시스템 콘트롤 신호에 따라 디지탈 R, G, B 신호, 수평/수직 동기신호, 블랭킹 신호를 각각 출력하는 VGA 콘트롤러와, 상기 키보드 콘트롤러에서 출력된 신호와 상기 VGA 콘트롤러에서 출력된 블랭킹신호를 논리곱하고 그 결과값을 출력하는 논리곱수단과, 상기 논리곱수단에서 얻어진 신호에 따라 제어되어 상기 VGA 콘트롤러에서 출력된 디지탈 R, G, B 신호를 아날로그 신호로 변환하여 출력하는 디지탈/아날로그 변환수단과, 상기 키보드 콘트롤러에서 출력된 신호에 따라 상기 VGA 콘트롤러에서 얻어진 수평/수직 동기신호를 제어하는 수평/수직 동기제어수단과, 상기 디지탈/아날로그 변환수단 및 수평/수직 동기제어수단에서 각각 얻어진 R, G, B 신호 및 수평/수직 동기신호를 모니터로 출력하는 VGA 포트를 구비함으로써 달성된다.The present invention controls the R, G, B signals and horizontal and vertical synchronization signals input to the monitor in the personal computer using the keyboard output to automatically turn off the X-ray of the monitor when the user does not use the personal computer for a long time.
