Abstract

본 발명은 편직포을 액상 실리콘으로 도포 및 경화하기 전에 편직물을 코로나 방전 처리하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 의하여 편직포와 실리콘 사이의 접착력이 개선된다.

Claims (5)

  1. 액상 실리콘 고무를 편직포에 도포하고 경화하여 실리콘－피복 편직포를 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 편직포를 실리콘이 도포전에 코로나 방전 처리하여 실리콘과 편직포 사이의 접착력을 개선하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 코로나 방전 처리를 약 1 내지 500㎑의 주파수, 약 3 내지 30㎸의 전압 및 약 10 내지 100μu/㎡의 조사선량으로 수행하는 방법.
  3. 제 2 항에 있어서, 코로나 방전 처리를 약 5 내지 30㎑의 주파수, 약 20 내지 30㎸의 전압 및 습도 약 50% 이상의 공기 또는 불활성 기체 분위기하에서 수행하는 방법.
  4. 제 1 항에 있어서, 편직포에 대한 실리콘의 도포를 코로나 방전 처리 직후에 수행하는 벙법.
  5. 제 1 항의 방법에 따라 제조된 피복된 편직포.
