Abstract
하기를 함유(중량으로)하는 올레핀 중합체 물질로 포함하는 부직포용 섬유를 기재한다 : 1) 이소택틱 지수가 90보다 큰 50∼80부의 프리필렌 호모 중합체, 또는 에틸렌 및/또는 C4∼C8α-올레핀과 프로필렌의 랜덤 공중합체; 및 2) 하기를 포함하는 20∼50부의 헤테로상 중합체 : 40∼70%의 에틸렌을 함유하는 공중합체, 및 1.5dl/g 이하의 고유점도를 가지며, 또는 상기 공중합체가 40% 미만의 에틸렌을 함유하고 고유점도는 2.3dl/g 이하이다; 상기한 섬유는 상기 올레핀 중합체 물질을 방사하여 수득하고 난 후 연신비 1.8 이하로 연신한다.

Claims (7)
- 하기를 함유(중량으로)하는 올레핀 중합체 물질을 포함하며. 0.5㎜보다 작은 실측 또는 이에 상당하는 출구 직경을 갖는 방사기에서 하기를 함유하는 올레핀 중합체 물질을 방사하고 난 후 이를 1.1∼1.8의 연신비를 연신하여 수득되는 부직포용 섬유 : 1) 이소택틱 지수가 90보다 큰 50∼80부의 프로필렌 호모 중합체, 또는 에틸렌 및/또는 C4∼C8α-올레핀과 프로필렌의 랜덤 공중합체; 및 2) 하기를 포함하는 20∼50부의 헤테로상 중합체 : a) 20∼70부의 프로필렌 호모 중합체 및/또는 0.5∼10%의 에틸렌 및/또는 C4∼C8α-올레핀을 함유하는, 에틸렌 및/또는 C4∼C|8α-올레핀과 프로필렌의 랜덤 공중합체(분획 Ⅰ) ; 및 b) 30∼80부의 25℃에서 크실렌에 가용성이며, 40∼70%의 에틸렌을 함유하고, 1.5dl/g 이하의 고유 점도를 가지거나, 또는 40% 미만의 에틸렌을 함유하고 고유 점도가 2.3dl/g 이하인 프로필렌 및/또는 C4∼C8α-올레핀과 에틸렌의 공중합체(분획 Ⅱ).
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 올레핀 중합체 물질이 연신비 1.1 내지 1.8로 연신되는 섬유.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 분획 Ⅱ의 공중합체가 40∼70%의 에틸렌을 함유하고, 1.5dl/g 이하인 고유 점도를 가지는 섬유.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 분획 Ⅱ의 공중합체가 40% 미만의 에틸렌을 함유하고, 2.3dl/g 이하인 고유 점도를 가지는 섬유.
- 0.5㎜ 보다 작은 실측의 또는 이에 상당하는 출구 직경을 갖는 방사기에서 하기를 함유하는 올레핀 중합체 물질을 방사한 다음, 이를 1.1∼1.8의 연신비로 연신함으로써 수행되는, 하기를 함유(중량으로)하는 올레핀 중합체 물질을 포함하는 폴리올레핀 섬유의 제조방법: 1) 이소택틱 지수가 90보다 큰 50∼80부의 프로필렌 호모 중합체, 또는 에틸렌 및/또는 C4∼C8α-올레핀과 그의 랜덤 공중합체; 및 2) 하기를 포함하는 20∼50부의 헤테로상 중합체: a) 20∼70부의 프로필렌 호모 중합체 및/또는 0.5∼10%의 에틸렌 및/또는 C4∼C8α-올레핀을 함유하는, 에틸렌 및/또는 C4∼C8α-올레핀과 프로필렌의 랜덤 공중합체(분획 Ⅰ); 및 b) 30∼80부의 25℃에서 크실렌에 가용성인, 70% 이상의 에틸렌을 함유하고, 2.3dl/g 이하의 고유 점도를 갖는 프로필렌 및/또는 C4∼C8α-올레핀과 에틸렌의 공중합체(분획 Ⅱ).
- 제 1 항의 섬유를 열용접하는 부직포의 제조방법.
