용기상단에 과자가 포장된 음료수 캔

본 고안은 음료수 용기상단에 과자가 표장된 음료수 캔에 관한 것이다.
일반적으로 시중에 판매되고 있는 음료수나 과자들은 각각 별도의 캔이나 포장지에 포장되어 판매되고 있기때문에 과자와 음료수 캔을 먹고 마시고자 할 경우에는 각각 별도로 구입하여야 하고 또한 과자와 음료수 캔을 동시에 들고 먹기가 불편한 등의 단점이 있는 것이었다.
상기의 문제점을 해소한 것으로 알콜(소주)이 충입된 용기의 하단에 안주가 수납된 용기를 접속재나 나사식으로 서로 결합하여 알콜과 안주를 동시에 휴대 및 보관할 수 있고 또한 식음할 수 있도록한 알콜음료용기가 일본국실용신안공개소53-148759호에 공지된 바 있으나, 이는 사용시(식음시)접속재나 나사식으로 결합된 용기를 서로 분리해야 되는 불편이 따르고 또한 두손을 동시에 사용해야하므로 다른 업무에 전념할 수 없으며 이동간에는 식음이 어려운 등의 문제점이 있었다.
본 고안은 이러한 종래의 단점을 시정하고자, 음료수 캔용기의 상단 중앙에 돌출관을 돌출구성하고 돌출관의 외면에 구멍이 뚫린 과자류를 끼워 안치하고 용기와 과자 외면에 별도의 포장지로 포장하여서 된 것으로서 본 고안의 실시예를 첨부도면에 따라 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
용기(2)의 상단 중앙부에 돌출관(4)을 구성하고 돌출관(4)의 외면에 구멍이 뚫린 과자(6)을 끼워 과자(6)가 음료수용기(2)상단에 차례로 안치되게 하고, 용기 (2)와 과자(6)의 외부를 포장지(8)로 포장하여서 된 것이다.

이와같이 구성된 본 고안은 음료수 캔을 구입하면 용기(2)상단에 과자(6)가 포장되어 있기 때문에 별도의 과자를 구입할 필요가 없고 또한 음료수(12)가 충전된 용기(2)를 한손으로 잡고 다른 한손으로 과자(6)를 먹거나 다른 필요한 일을 할 수 있는 등의 여유가 있다.
또한 본 원고안의 용기(2)내에 커피나 쥬우스 등의 다양한 음료수를 충전할 수 있으며 용기(2)의 상단에 안치되는 과자(6)도 용기(2)에 충전된 내용물에 따라 다양하게 포장하여 수요자들의 기호를 충족시켜 줄 수 있는 등의 효과가 있는 것이다.

  1. 식. 음료가 각각 수납된 용기를 결합하여 이들을 동시에 휴대, 보관 및 식음할 수 있도록한 식. 음료용기에 있어서, 용기(2)의 상단 중앙부에 돌출관(4)을 돌출구성하고, 돌출관(4)의 외면에 구멍이 뚫린 과자(6)를 차례로 삽입하여 안치하고 그 외면에 포장지(8)로 포장하여서 된 용기상단에 과자가 포장된 음료수 캔.
