Abstract

본 발명은 습윤 코팅제와 하나 이상의 일시적 착색제를 건조 시간을 감소시키기에 효과적인 양으로 혼합하여, 이 혼합물을 기재에 처리하고 코팅을 건조시키는 단계로 이루어지는 습윤 코팅제의 건조 시간 감소 방법을 제공한다.
본 발명에서 사용되는 일시적 착색제는, 예를 들면, pH-감성 착색제 또는 광표백 착색제이다.

Claims (11)

  1. 습윤코팅의 건조 시간을 단축시키는 방법에 있어서, 습윤 코팅제와 하나 이상의 일시적 착색제를 건조 시간을 단축시키기에 효과적인 양으로 혼합하여, 이 혼합물을 기재에 처리하고 이 코팅을 건조시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 일시적 착색제의 양이, 습윤 코팅제의 중량 기준으로 0.001중량% 내지 0.5중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 일시적 착색제의 양이, 습윤 코팅제의 중량 기준으로 0.03중량% 내지 0.3중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 일시적 착색제가 페놀프탈레인, 티몰프탈레인, 크레솔 레드, o-크레솔프탈레인, 플루어레시인, 아닐린 블루, 톨루이딘 블루, 로다민 B, 자누스 그린 B, 톨루이딘 블루 O, 이반스 블루, 새프러닌 O, 로즈 벵갈, 메틸렌 블루, 루테늄 레드, 파라로스아닐린 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 그룹에서 선택되는것임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 습윤 상태에서의 코팅이 이것의 본래 pH와 상이한 pH이고, 이 pH는 건조시 변화하며, 그리고 상기한 일시적 착색제는 pH-감성 착색제인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 습윤 상태에서의 코팅이 이것의 본래 pH보다 높은 pH이고, 이 pH는 건조시 감소하며, 그리고 상기한 일시적 착색제는 pH-감성 착색제인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 상기한 pH-감성 착색제가 페놀프탈레인, 티몰프탈레인, 크레솔 레드, o-크레솔프 탈레인, 플루어레시인 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 그룹에서 선택되는 것임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 일시적 착색제가 광표백 착색제인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 상기한 광표백 착색제가 페놀프탈레인, 티몰프탈레인, 크레솔 레드, o-크레솔프탈레인, 플루어레시인, 아닐린 블루, 톨루이딘 블루, 메틸렌 블루, 로다민 B, 자누스 그린 B, 톨루이딘 블루 O, 이반스 블루, 새프러닌 O, 로즈 벵갈, 루테늄 레드, 파라노스아닐린 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 그룹에서 선택되는 것임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 기재가 건축 기재인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  11. 습윤 매스틱의 건조 시간을 감소시키는 방법에 있어서, 습윤 매스틱과 하나 이상의 일시적 착색제를 건조 시간을 단축시키기에 효과적인 양으로 혼합하여, 이 혼합물을 습윤상태에서 두께가 10밀 이상이 되게 기재상에 처리하고, 이 코팅을 건조시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
