Abstract
본 발명은 리튬 2차전지의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 좀 더 상세하게는, LiMn2O4, 스피낼 재료를 캐소드 활물질로 사용하는 리튬 2차전지의 제조방법에 있어서, LiMn2O4대신 LiMn(2-x)TixO4)여기서, 0.5≤x≤1.5)스피빌 재료를 사용하여 종래의 망간 일부를 티타늄으로 치환한 새로운 조성의 활물질을 제공함으로써 각종 전자기기에 사용시 일정한 전압으로 방전시킬 수 있으며, 전지의 수명을 향상시킬 수 있는 리튬 2차전지의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.

제1도는 본 발명에 의해 개발된 캐소드(cathode) 활물질을 사용하여 제조된 시험용 전지를 충방전시험할 때 초기 4사이클(cycle) 농안의 충방전 반복에 따른 리튬 이동시 나타나는 전지의 전압변화를 나타낸 그래프, 제2도는 본 발명에 따른 Li:Nn:Ti의 성분비를 1 : 1.5 : 0.5로 제조하였을 때 전지의 전압변화을 나타낸 그래프.

- LiMn2O4, 스피낼 재료를 캐소드 활물질로 사용하는 리튬 2차전지의 제조방법에 있어서, LiMn2O4대신 LiMn(2-x)TixO4(여기서, 0.5≤x≤1.5)스피낼 재료를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 2차전지의 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
