Abstract

(구성)
리드선(3)의 선단에 대형의 콘넥터(4)가 설치된 발광다이오드(2)를 부품설치구멍(13a)에 전방으로부터 삽입하여 설치함에 있어서, 부품설치구멍(13a)에 대하여 협삭부(13c)를 거쳐 연통하는 대경구멍(13b)을 설치하고, 먼저 콘넥터(4)를 대경구멍(13b)에 통과시키고, 다음에 리드선(3)을 대경구멍(13b)내로부터 협삭부(13c)를 통하여 부품설치구멍(13a)내로 이동시킨 후, 홀더(2a)를 부품설치구멍(13a)내에 통과시켜 발광다이오드(2)를 전프레임(12)에 설치하도록 했다.
(효과)
도면 외부의 기판등에의 설치 작업성이나 잘못 배선방지에 뛰어난 대형의 콘넥터가 설치된 부품이더라도 기구 전면에 대하여 전방으로부터 삽입하여 설치할 수가 있다.

제 1 도는 기구본체의 조립도중의 상태를 나타낸 분해사시도, 제 2 도는 발광다이오드의 구성을 나타낸 도, 제 3 도는 발광다이오드의 설치개시시의 상태를 나타낸 도, 제 4 도는 발광다이오드의 설치도중의 상태를 나타낸 도, 제 5 도는 발광다이오드의 설치완료시의 상태를 나타낸 도.

Claims (1)

  1. 기구 전면에 관통 설치된 부품설치구멍에 전방으로부터 삽입 설치되는 전기부품으로서 삽입방향 선단면으로부터 리드선이 연장 설치됨과 동시에 그 리드선의 선단부에 상기 부품설치구멍보다 큰 콘넥터가 접속된 것을 기구 전면에 설치하는 구조에 있어서, 상기 부품설치구멍의 근방에 상기 콘넥터가 통과할 수 있는 크기의 대경구멍을 설치함과 동시에, 상기 전기부품의 외경보다 좁고, 또 리드선의 외견보다 넓은 중간협삭부를 거쳐 대경구멍과 부품설치구멍을 연통시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 기구 전면에 대한 전기부품의 설치구조.
