Abstract

본 발명의 배터리(2)용 전기콘넥터(1)는 전기배터리 단자들(5,6,7,8)을 포함한다. 제1쌍의 단자들(5,8)은 배터리 센들(4)을 직렬로 연결한다. 제2쌍의 단자들(6,7)은 데이타 및 충전 단자들로 구성된다. 절연패키지(3)는 셀들(4)과 충전조절회로(14,14')를 포함한다. 단자들(5,6,7,8)의 접근 가능한 부분들(18)은 패키지(3)의 종단(19)을 통해 또한 패키지(3)의 인접측면(20)을 통해 노출된다. 패키지(3)의 종단(19)과 측면(20)은 배터리 단자들(5,6,7,8)의 접근 가능한 부분들(18)로 결합할 콘넥터의 각각의 콘택트들 (28)과 결합하도록 결합할 전기콘넥터(24)를 수용하도록 홈이 파여져 있다.

배터리용 콘넥터

제1도는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 충전배터리용 전기 콘넥터와 결합 전기 콘넥터의 사시도; 제2도는 결합 콘넥터와 결합된 배터리 콘넥터의 부분단면도; 제7도는 금속블랭크로 형성된 전기 콘택트의 측면도; 제9도는 제2도에 도시된 결합된 콘텍터들 사이의 결합부분의 부분확대 단면도; 제11도는 제1도에 도시된 결합콘넥터와 결합된 수정된 배터리 콘넥터의 단면도.

Claims (9)

  1. 배터리와 그와 관련된 배터리 충전조절회로를 포함하며 그 일종단과 그 인접 측면 근처에서 지지도는 패키지; 및 배터리와 직렬로 접속된 제1쌍의 단자들 및 배터리의 양극과 충전조절회로에 각각 접속된 제2쌍의 단자를로 구성되며, 단자들 각각은 각각의 결합할 콘텍트와 결합하기 위해 패키지의 종단을 통해 또한 상기 인접한 측면을 통해 접근하도록 노출된 결합부분을 갖는 서로 절연하는 관계에 있는 일조의 전기 배터리 단자들로 구성되는 전기 콘넥터.
  2. 패키지의 상기 종단과 상기 인접벽이 통상 상기 결합 부분들에 통로를 제공하도록 홈이 형성되어 있는 제1항의 콘넥터.
  3. 각 결합부분이 패키지의 종단과 인접측면 양자를 마주보도록 휘어져 있고, 각 단자의 접속부분이 그 결합부분으로부터 패키지의 내부로 연장되는 제1항 또는 제2항의 콘넥터.
  4. 제1쌍의 단자들의 접속부분들이 직렬로 연결된 배터리의 셀들의 수단으로 금속 스트립에 연결된 제3항의 콘넥터.
  5. 패키지가 절연 재질로 만들어지며, 단자들의 결합부분들의 자유종단들이 패키지의 절연재질에 매설되는 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 한 항의 콘넥터.
  6. 절연블록으로부터 돌출하는 결합부분을 가진 결합할 전기콘택트들이 설치되는 절연 하우징 블록으로 구성되며, 이 블록이 그로부터 돌출하는 후크형의 커플링 부재를 가지며, 패키지가 그 안에 이와 스탭결합 하기 위한 제2의 후쿠 형태의 커플링 부재를 가져서 각 결합 콘택트의 각 결합부분을 각각의 배터리 단자의 결합부분과 결합 적용하는 결합 전기 콘넥터와 조합되는 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 한 항의 콘넥터.
  7. 회로기판에 설치되기 위한 베이스, 베이스로부터 위로 선 측벽 및 베이스로부터 전방으로 돌출하는 종단벽들, 상기 전기 콘택트들은 베이스로부터 블록의 개방측으로 그리고 하우징 블록의 개방상단쪽으로 연장되며, 종단 벽들은 상기 결합부분들로써 상기 결합 콘택트들과 결합하도록 패키지의 상기 종단과 상기 인접 측면을 통해 플러그될 수 있어서 하우징 블록의 개방측면과 상기 개방상단이 패캐지의 상기 종단과 상기 인접 측면으로 덮이게 되며, 하우징 블록의 측벽이 패캐지의 상기 종단과 겹쳐지는 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 한 항의 콘넥터.
  8. 각 전기 콘택트가 하우징 블록의 베이스에 충돌하는 베이스 부분과, 회로기판의 각각의 도선에 접속되기 위해 하우징 블록으로부터 연장되는 자유봉단부분을 갖는 제7항의 콘넥터.
  9. 각 결합콘택트가 각각의 배터리 단자의 결합부분에 적용되기 위해 탄성적으로 휘어질 수 있는 결합부분을 가지며, 측벽이 그 안에 각기 휘어질 수 있는 결합 부분들의 하나를 수용하기 위한 홈들을 가지는 제7항 또는 제8항의 콘넥터.
