Abstract

본 발명은 기록재를 토너 화상이 기록재상에 형성되는 화상 형성 위치로 운반하고, 기록재를 보유하는 기록재 보유 부재를 갖는 제1운반수단과, 토너 화상을 기록재상에 정착하고, 기록재를 핀칭하고 운반하는 한쌍의 회전 부재를 포함하고 상기 회전 부재중 토너 화상이 접촉되는 것에 오일이 부착되는 정착 수단과, 기록재를 정착 작업후 반전하고 기록재를 기록재 보유 부재로 운반하는 제2운반 수단을 포함하는 화상 형성 장치에 관한 것이다. 상기 장치는 또한 기록재 보유 부재를 클리닝하는 클리닝 수단을 포함하고, 클리닝 수단은 기록재 보유 부재와 접촉되는 면을 갖는다 상기 면은 10㎛이하의 평균 두께와 0.05내지 0.80g/Cm의 밀도를 갖는 섬유를 포함하는 부직포로 이루어지고, 섬유중 70%이상이 10㎛이하의 두께를 갖는다.

Claims (5)

  1. 기록체를 토너 화상이 기록재상에 형성되는 화상 형성 위치로 운반하고, 기록재를 보유하는 기록재 보유 부재를 갖는 제1운반 수단과, 토너 화상을 기록재상에 정착하고, 기록재를 핀칭하고 운반하는 한 쌍의 회전 부재를 포함하고, 상기 회전 부재 중 토너 화상이 접촉되는 것에 오일이 부착되는 정착 수단과, 기록재를 장착 작업후 반전하고 기록재를 상기 기록재 보유 부재로 운반하는 제2운반 수단을 포함하고, 상기 기록재 보유 부재를 클리닝하는 클리닝 수단이 제공되고, 상기 클리닝 수단은 상기 기록재 보유 부재와 접촉되는 면을 갖고, 상기 면은 10㎛이하의 평균 두께와 0.05 내지 0.80g/㎤의 밀도를 갖는 섬유를 포함하는 부직포로 이루어지고, 상기 섬유중 70%이상이 10㎛이하의 두께를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 화상 형성장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 기록재 보유 부재가 유전성 시트가 권취된 드럼 형상을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 화상 형성 장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 하나의 기록재의 동일면에, 상이한 색채들을 갖는 다수의 토너 화상을 상기 면에 중첩시킴으로써 하나의 토너 화상을 형성할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 화상 형성 장치.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 부직포의 섬유가 나일론 및 폴리에스터를 포함하는 합성 수지로 만들어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 형성 장치.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 오일이 실리콘 오일인 것을 특징으로 하는 화상 형성 장치.
