Abstract

본 발명은 직화식 소각로에서 폐기물을 소각시킬 때 발생되는 폐가스를 세정 정화하는 장치에 관한 것으로서, 특히 소각로에서 폐기물을 소각하여 발생되는 폐가스가 배출되는 선단에 세정장치를 장착하여 폐가스가 세정장치의 내부를 통과할 때 중화수에 의하여 각종 유해가스와 이물질을 제거하여 세정 정화된 순수한 무공해 가스만을 외부로 배출하도록 된 것이다.

Claims (2)

  1. 상측에 배기관(9)이 입설된 세정장치(1)는 외벽(3)과 내벽(2)사이에 중화수탱크(4)를 형성하고 내벽(2)의 상측단은 상판과 일정한 간격을 유지하여 외벽(3)의 내측에 부착되어 있는 차단판(5)과 적정한 간격을 유지하여 중화수 유수구(2`)를 형성하며, 내벽(2)의 하측단은 역나팔관형의 싸이클론부(7)를 형성하여 집수구(12)를 통해 1차침전 탱크(22)와 연통되도록 연결되어 있으며 차단판(5)의 상측에는 중화액 공급헤더(6`)를 갖는 분사노즐(6)이 일정한 간격으로 다수개 장착되고, 배기가스 배출용 송풍기(10)와 연결된 송풍관(11)은 세정장치(1)의 외측에서 분사노즐(6)의 상단 내측으로 인입되어 송풍관 선단(12)이 배기관(9)을 향하도록 하여 그 중앙부에 위치하도록 하여서 된 직화식 소각로에서 발생되는 배기가스의 세정 정화 장치.
  2. 제1항 기재에 있어서 중화액 공급헤더(6`)에는 침전물을 제거한 정화수와 새로운 물을 혼합 탱크(21)에서 혼합하여 공급하도록하는 직화식 소각로에서 발생되는 배기가스의 세정 정화 장치.
