Abstract
본 발명은 액체 및 반고체 내지 고체 탄화수소로부터 합성기체를 제조하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 이러한 경우, 기체 스트립으로부터 분리되어 생성되는 고체 상은 필수적으로 검댕(soot), 및 금속 및/또는 금속 화합물로 이루어진다. 금속 및/또는 금속 화합물은 분리기 속에서 산으로 처리하여 고체상으로부터 추출한다.

Claims (5)
- 여과 잔사를 분리기 속에서 부분적으로 탈수시키거나 탈수시키지 않으면서 산으로 처리하고, 생성된 금속염 용액을 회수한 다음, 잔류하는 검댕(soot)을 부분 산화공정으로 반송시킴을 포함하며, 탄화수소로서 사용된 탄소를 기준으로 하여 검댕을 0.1 내지 0.3중량% 함유하는 조악한 합성기체를 제조하고, 조악한 기체를 복사 냉각기에서 냉각시키고 이어서 대류 냉각기에서 냉각시키고, 조악한 기체를 습식 분리기 속에서 물로 스크러빙하며, 필요한 경우, 복사 냉각기의 수 상(water phase)과 합한 스크러빙 수를 분리기 속에서 검댕, 금속 및/또는 금속 화합물 및 물을 필수적으로 함유하는 잔사와 여액으로서의 정제수로 분리하고, 증기 포화된 조악한 기체를 냉각시켜 물을 분리제거한 다음, 고체 비함유 함성 기체를 분리하는, 액체 또는 반고체 내지 고체 탄화수소, 특히 고회분 탄화수소의 부분 산화에 의해 합성기체를 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 여과 잔사가 아세트산으로 처리되는 방법.
- 제1항 또는제2항에 있어서, 산처리가 20 내지 80℃ 바람직하게는 40 내지 60℃의 온도에서 수행되는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 분리기가 여과 압착기인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 여과 잔사의 부분적 탈수가 압축 공기를 사용함으로써 수행되는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
