4 가이드 방식, 방음방진용 스프링설치 및 방진고무판을 설치한 진동 성형기에 관한 것으로 상부실린더(1)이 바이브렛타(3)에 설치되고 금형(6)을 취부한 몰드카(5)가 방진흡수용실린더(8)이 설치된 작동대(11)위에서 바이브렛타(3)에 의해 진동성형되게한 구조에 있어서, 바이브렛타(3)을 전후 좌우 4가이드(2)(2′)에 스라이딩되게 설치하고 하부 방진흡수용실린더(8)의 고정판 아래에 방진방음용스프링(9)와 방진방음용고무판(10)을 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 "4가이드 방식의 세라믹 재료의 진동성형기"

  1. 상부실린더(1)가 바이브렛타(3)에 설치되고 금형(6)을 취부한 몰드카(5)가 방진흡수용실린더(8)이 설치된 작동대(11) 위에서 바이브렛타(3)에 의해 진동성형되게한 구조에 있어서, 바이브렛타(3)을 전후 좌우 4가이드(2)(2′)에 스라이딩되게 설치하고 하부 방진흡수용실린더(8)의 고정판 아래에 방진방음용스프링(9)와 방진방음용고무판(10)을 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 "4가이드 방식의 세라믹 재료의 진동성형기"
