Abstract

본 발명은 조리기의 원적외선 발산체에 관한것으로, 산화 알류미늄, 산화규소, 산화지르코늄, 산화티타늄, 산화아연, 산화마그네슘, 산화칼슘을 적당량씩 혼합하여 분쇄한 후 잘섞어서 소정의 형태로 소결한 원적외선 발생물질을 히터나 석영관램프등의 외부에 결합함으로써 고온의 열과 함께 원적외선이 발산되어 조리물의 습기가 외부로 방출하지 않도록 하면서 익는 냄새가 외부로 발생하지않는 상태에서 맛있는 조리가 되도록 한 것이다.

Claims (3)

  1. 조리대(11)의 윗쪽에서 조리물(12)을 가열할때 원적외선을 발생시키도록 한 조리기의 원적외선 발산체에 있어서, 발열체(6)의 외면에 산화알루미늄, 산화규소, 산화지르코늄, 산화티타늄, 산화아연, 산화마그네슘 및 산화칼슘을 적정량씩 혼합하여 분쇄한 후 접착제를 넣으면서 교반하고 고온에서 소성시킨 원적외선 발산체(7)를 설치하여 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 조리기의 원적외선 발산체.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 발열체(6)가 원적외선 발산체(8)에 매몰되도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 조리기의 원적외선 발산체,
  3. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 발열체(6)를 석영관 발열체(13)으로 사용할때 외면에 원적외선 발산층(9)을 얇게도포한 것을 특징으로 하는 조리기의 원적외선 발산체.
