Abstract

본 발명은 해충 또는 해충이 침범할 우려가 있는 식물에 하기 일반식 Ⅰ의 2-아닐리노피리딘을 처리하는 것으로 이루어진 해충의 방제 방법, 2-아닐리노피리딘 및 또한 살충제의 제조를 위한 화합물의 용도에 관한 것이다.
상기식중, R1은 알킬, 알케닐, 알키닐, 할로알킬, 알콕시알킬, 알킬티오알킬, 시클로알킬, 치환된 시클로알킬, 알콕시, 할로알콕시, 치환된 알킬, 알케닐옥시, 알키닐옥시, 할로겐, CN, SCN, 포르밀, CH=NOR5(식 중, R5는 수소, 비치환 또는 치환된 알킬, 알케닐, 알키닐, COR7또는 비치환 또는 치환된 페닐을 나타냄), CH=NR6또는 CH2NHR6(식 중, R6는 수소, 알킬, 비치환 또는 치환된 시클로알킬, 알케닐, 알키닐 또는 비치환 또는 치환된 페닐을 나타냄)을 나타내고, R2는 알킬, 알케닐, 알키닐, 할로알킬 또는 시클로알킬을 나타내고, R3는 수소, CN, S(O)nR8(식 중, R8은 알킬 또는 치환된 페닐을 나타냄) 또는 COR9(식 중, R9는 수소, 알킬, 할로알킬, 시클로알킬, 페닐 또는 벤질을 나타냄)을 나타내고, R4는 수소, 할로겐, 알킬, 할로알킬, 알콕시 또는 할로알콕시 또는 시아노기를 나타낸다.

Claims (10)

  1. 해충, 해충이 침범할 우려가 있는 식물, 또는 그의 환경, 그의 종자 또는 충해로부터 보호되어야 하는물질에 일반식 Ⅰ의 2-아닐리노피리딘인 활성 성분 유효량을 처리하는 것으로 이루어진 해충의 방제 방법.
    상기 식 중, R1은 C1-C6-알킬, C2-C4-알케닐, C2-C4-알키닐, C1-C6-할로알킬, C1-C6-알콕시-C1-C6-알킬, C1-C6-알킬티오-C1-C6-알킬 또는 C3-C6-시클로알킬을 나타내거나 또는 동일 또는 상이한 C1-C2-알킬 또는 할로겐 치환기에 의해 3회 이하로 치환된 C3-C6-시클로알킬, C1-C6-알콕시 또는 C1-C6-할로알콕시를 나타내거나 또는 히드록실기에 의해 치환된 C1-C2-알킬, C2-C4-알케닐옥시 또는 C2-C4-알키닐옥시기를 나타내거나 또는 할로겐, CN, SCN, 포르밀, CH=NOR5[식 중, R5는 수소, C1-C8-알킬 ; 할로겐, 히드록실, 시아노, C1-C4-알콕시, COOC1-C3-알킬 또는 페닐(여기서, 페닐은 할로겐, C1-C3-알킬, C1-C3-알콕시 또는 니토로에 의해 치환될 수 있음) ; C3-C6-알케닐, 할로겐에 의해 치환된 C3-C2-알케닐, C3-C6-알키닐, 할로겐에 의해 치환된 C3-C6-알키닐 ; 페닐 또는 할로겐, C1-C3-알킬, C1-C3-알콕시 또는 니트로에 의해 1 내지 3회 치환된 페닐을 나타내거나 또는 아실라디칼 COR7(식 중, R7은 C1-C6-알킬, 할로겐에 의해 치환된 C1-C6-알킬 또는 C1-C3-알콕시, C3-C6-알케닐 또는 할로겐에 의해 치환된 C3-C6-알케닐을 나타냄)을 나타냄], CH=NR6또는 CH2NHR6[식 중, R6은 수소, C1-C6-알킬을 나타내거나 또는 할로겐, 히드록실, 시아노, C1-C4-알콕시, C1-C4-알킬아미노, C3-C6-시클로알킬 또는 페닐(여기서 페닐은 할로겐, C1-C3-알킬, C1-C3-알콕시 또는 니트로에 의해 치환될 수 있음)에 의해 치환된 C1-C4-알킬을 나타내거나 또는 C3-C6-시클로알킬 또는 메틸에 의해 치환된 C3-C6-시클로알킬, C3-C6-알키닐 또는 할로겐에 의해 치환된 C3-C6-알케닐, C3-C6-알키닐 또는 할로겐에 의해 치환된 C3-C6-알키닐을 나타내거나 또는 페닐, 또는 할로겐, C1-C3-알킬, C1-C3-알콕시, C1-C2-할로알킬, C1-C2-할로알콕시 또는 니트로에 의해 치환된 페닐을 나타냄]을 나타내고, R2는 C1-C6-알킬, C2-C4-알케닐, C2-C4-알키닐, C1-C6-할로알킬, C3-C6-시클로알킬 또는 동일 또는 상이한 C1-C2-알킬 또는 할로겐 치환기에 의해 3회 이하 치환된 C3-C6-시클로알킬을 나타내고, R3는 수소, CN, S(O)nR8(식 중, n=0, 1 또는 2이고 R8은 C1-C3-알킬 또는 페닐을 나타내고 임의로 할로겐, C1-C2-알킬, C1-C2-할로알킬, 메톡시 또는 니트로에 의해 1 내지 3회 치환됨) 또는 COR9(식 중, R9는 수소, C1-C6-알킬, C1-C6-할로알킬, C3-C6-시클로알킬, 페닐 또는 벤질을 나타내거나 또는 할로겐, C1-C3-알킬, C1-C3-할로알킬, C1-C3-알콕시, 니트로 또는 시아노에 의해 1 내지 3회 치환된 페닐 또는 상기 라디칼로 치환된 벤질을 나타냄)을 나타내고, R4는 수소, 할로겐, C1-C3-알킬, C1-C2-할로알킬, C1-C3-알콕시 또는 C1-C3-할로알콕시를 나타내거나 또는 시아노를 나타낸다.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 해충이 진균인 방제 방법.
  3. 제 1 항에 있어서, 해충이 식물병리학적 진균인 방제 방법.
  4. 제 1 항에 있어서, 해충이 경화균(Botrytis cinerea)인 방제 방법.
  5. 라디칼 R1, R2, R3, 및 R4가 하기의 의미를 갖는 하기의 화합물을 제외한 제 1 항에서 정의한 일반식 Ⅰ의 2-아닐리노피리딘.
  6. 제 5 항에 있어서, R1이 시클로프로필이고, R2가 메틸이고, R4가 수소이고, R3가 토실술포닐(1-CH3-C6H4-4-SO3)인 일반식 Ⅰ의 화합물.
  7. 제 5 항에 있어서, R1이 시클로프로필이고, R2가 메틸이고, R3와 R4가 수소인 일반식 Ⅰ의 화합물.
  8. 제 5 항에 있어서, R1과, R2가 메틸이고, R4가 2-플루오로이고, R3가 수소인 일반식 Ⅰ의 화합물.
  9. 제 1 항에 정의한 일반식 Ⅰ의 화합물 해충 방제용 조성물의 제조를 위한 용도.
  10. 제 5 항에서 청구한 일반식 Ⅰ의 화합물 살진균 유효량 및 불활성 담체를 함유한 진균 방제용 조성물.
