Abstract
본 발명은 담체재료의 주성분을 세라믹스분말로하고 무기물, 결합제, 유기물 결합제, 기공형성제 및 물을 첨가하여 습식 혼합하고, 이혼합물을 분무건조후 과립분말로 만들고, 이 과립분말을 입상형태로 성형한 후, 소결하여 담체의 표면에 미세한 요철구조의 기공을 형성하는 방법에 의해 효모를 고정화하기 위한 다공성 세라믹스담체를 제조하고, 또한, 상기 과립입자의 형성시 제환성형기에 좌우 진동을 주어 담체의 표면에 미세한 주름을 형성함과 동시에 담체의 표면에 요철 구조의 미세가공을 형성하는 담체를 제조한다.In the present invention, the main component of the carrier material is ceramic powder, wet mixing by adding an inorganic substance, a binder, an organic binder, a pore-forming agent and water, and mixing the di-mixture into granulated powder after spray drying, and molding the granular powder into a granular form.
