Claims (1)
- 폐타이어를 초음파와 원형구심을 분사 세척으로 이물질을 제거후 건조하여 상하 강제 견착이송로라를 통과시키면서 금속선이나 비금속선(1)을 다수회전원통(2)에 착설하여 고속회전시킴으로 접촉면에서 고무분말을 제조케하는 것으로 깊이 조정날개(3)(3')에 의해 일정한 타이어 깊이로 파쇄케 하는 구조이며 이 과정에서 생긴 조각덩어리를 깊이 조정날개(3)(3')가 있고 금속이나 비금속선(1)이 형성된 원통(2)을 다수 미접촉 상태에서 역방향과 같은 방향으로 다른 속도로 회전케하여 견착이송로라를 통과치 않은 조각덩어리로 파쇄케 하는 분말제조법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
