Abstract

변속시스템은 엔진동력을 받는 제 1 클러치, 상기 제 1 클러치에 대하여 동력전달방향 하류측에 설치된 제 2 클러치, 상기 제 1 클러치와 제 2 클러치 사이에 설치된 변속장치, 상기 제 1 클러치로부터의 동력을 상기 기어변속장치에 절단하는 제 1 전동축, 상기 기어변속장치로부터의 변속동력을 상기 제 2 클러치에 전달하는 제 2 전동축, 상기 제 2 클러치로부터의 동력을 상기 구동차륜에 전달하는 제 3 전동축, 저속의 동력을 상기 제 1 전동축에 전달하는 제 3 클로치를 가지고 있다.
상기 제 1 클러치와 제 2 클러치는 상기 기어변속장치의 변속조작개시에 따라 차단되고, 그 변속조작 종료에 따라 재걸어맞춤되며, 상기 기어변속방치의 입력부와 출력부의 회전속의 매칭(matching)을 취하기 위하여 상기 제 3 클러치는 상기 제 1 클러치와 제 2 클러치와 제 2 클러치의 차단에 따라 상기 저속의 동력을 상기 제 1 전동축에 전달하고 상기 기어변속장치의 변속조작 종료에 따라 그 동력전달을 차단한다.

Claims (12)

  1. 작업차에 있어서의 엔진동력을 변속하여 구동차륜에 전달하기 위한 변속시스템에 있어서, 상기 엔진동력을받는 제 1 클러치 ; 상기 제 1 클러치에 대하여 동력전달방향 하류측에 설치된 제 2 클러치 ; 상기 제 1클처리와 제 2 클러치 사이에 설치된 기어변속장치 ; 상기 제 1클러치로부터의 동력을 상기 기어변속장치에 전달하는 제 1 동력전달수단 ;상기 기어변속장치로부터의 변속동력을 상기 제 2 클러치에 전달하는 제 2 동력전달수단 ; 상기 제 2 클러치로부터의 동력을 상기 구동차륜에 전달하는 제 3동력전달수단 ; 실질적으로 상기 제 2동력전달수단의 회전속도에 상응하는 속도를 갖는 동력을 상기 제 1 동력진달수단에 전달하는 동력제어수단으로 구성되어 있으며, 상기 제 1 클러치와 제 2 클러치는 상기 기어변속장치의 변속조작의 개시에 따라 차단되고, 그 변속조작의 종료에 따라 재걸어맞춤되며, 상기 동력제어수단은상기 제 1 클처리와 제 2 클러치의 차단에 따라 상기 저속의 동력을 상기 제 1 동력전달수단에 전달하고, 상기 기어변속장치의 변속조작 종료에 따라 그 동력을 차단하는 것을 특징으로 하는 변속시스템.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 동력제어수단은 상기 제 3 동력전달수단에서 상기 제 1도열전달수만으로의 동력전달을 제어하는 제 3 의 클러치를 구비하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 변속시스템.
  3. 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 클러치와 제 2 클러치, 상기 기어변속장치, 및 상기 제 3 클러치는 유압조작형인 것을 특징으로 하는 변속시스템.
  4. 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 기어변속장치는 싱크러메시형인 것을 특징으로 하는 변속시시템.
  5. 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 클러치와 제 2 클러치와 제 3 클러치는 다판 마찰식 클러치인 것을 특징으로하는 변속시스템.
  6. 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 동력전달수단은 한쪽을 상기 제 1 클러치의 출력부와 그리고 다른쪽을 상기동력변속수단의 입력기어열에 연동연결된 변속입력축을 구비하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 변속시스템.
  7. 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 제 3 동력전달수단은 상기 제 2 클러치로부터의 동력을 후륜에 전달하는 후륜전달계로서 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 변속시스템.
  8. 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 동력제어수단은 상기 후륜전동계에 연동연결된 전동축과 상기 변속입력축에 연동연결된 전동축을 구비하고 있으며, 상기 제 3 클러치는 그들 전동축의 사이에 개장되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 변속시스템.
  9. 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 제 3 동력전달수단은 상기 제 2 클러치로부터의 동력을 전륜에 전달하는 전륜전동계로서 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 변속시스템.
  10. 제 9 항에 있어서, 상기 동력제어수단의 제 3 클러치는 한쪽을 상기 전류 전동계와 연동연결시키고 다른쪽을 상기 변속입력축에 연동연결시키고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 변속시스템.
  11. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 클러치는 전후진 전환장치에 수용되고 있고, 제 1 클러치는 전진용 클러치부와 후진용 클러치부로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 변속시스템.
  12. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제 2 클러치는 테이퍼 롤러 클러치나 맞물림 클러치 등의 고속동작클러치로서 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 변속시스템.
