Abstract

구성 : 드라이브 샤프트(20)에는 최소한 1개의 광각 등속 죠인트(1)를 설치한다. 광각 등속 죠인트(1)에는, 요크(2,4)사이에 배치되고, 중심개구(11) 및 반경방향으로 뻗어나는 고리형상홈(12)을 가지는 플랜지요크(10)와, 중심개구(11) 및 고리형상홈(12)에 연결되어 통하는 급유니플과, 요크(2,4)의 볼부시(6)를 끼워 맞추는 가이드 본체(13)을 설치한다. 가이드 본체(13)는, 중심개구(11)내에서 이동이 자유로운 중심허브(14)와, 허브 플랜지(15)를 가지며, 최소한 1개의 직경라인을 따라서 허브 플랜지의 외주면으로부터 중심허브 내면까지 관통하는 여러개의 유로(18)을 형성한다. 허브플랜지(15)와 고리형상흠(12)의 벽면 사이에는 쓰러스트워서(16) 및 0링(17)을 끼운다.Composition: At least one wide-angle constant velocity joint (1) is installed in the drive shaft (20).
